Okay dont play favorites! Honestly answer who you think would win.
I think Nel would win 'cause she's beaten him before AND she knows Symbology and is fast and has AWESOME skills
(Besides I win on the Paracelus table as Nel vs. Albel and lose as Albel vs. Nel)
((Also try playing the battle after the Berquel Mines to get the copper against Albel with only Nel... transfer Cliff and Fayt out of the battle before))

I vote Nel cause she is fast and knows symbology. She's well-balanced, good fighter and magic user. Albel is fast too but he doesn't have a lot of moves and he doesn't know symbology unless you teach him the basics.

In my opinion I think that Albel would win because he is fast and his attack power is quite high. Sure, Nel can use Symbology but it takes time to actually cast it so it gives Albel enough time to go for an in-close attack.
Sure I'm an Albel fan but I also like Nel but I don't think that she would stand a chance against Albel.

Albel
Even though Nel knows symbology and she's fast, Albel is fast too and has hight attack power - plus he can do more hits in one attack unlike Nel. Symbology also costs time to cast, so Albel can attack Nel in the mean time.

But lets say they're at their highest level (I think it's 255 or something) and Albel did NOT read any tomes or books (mening Nel it the only one who knows Symbology) then who do you think would win?

What a difficult decision.
I think that Nel would win though.
Albel is an angry being, and Nel is calm and collected. She could easily use his anger against him and win the battle like she would: strategytic-ly.
Oh, and I think they would both be distracted by each other. I mean, Nel has a short skirt thing, right? And Albel is wearing a sarong.
Even if they don't have a thing for each other, they'd still be a bit embarassed from seeing each other's undergarments (if they have any at all).
Oh, Nel knows symbology, but so does Albel if you give him the tome.
I like to think that Nel would win, but Albel could also win as well, taking long quick strides and swinging aimlessly, Nel might not be able to predict some one as unpredictable as the swordsman. He'd gain the upper-hand and be able to take some cheap shots at some vulnerable areas, then win the battle.
Eh, But I want Nel to win, seeing she's my favorite from the two.
