I say Harry Potter. I don't know Lina and Harry Potter knows lots of spells so I'm going to go with him.

Lina Inverse s probly the most overful Soceruos there is in the entertaiment world. Not only does she has spels of fireballs, ice arrows and ealing. She also has spell like the Dragon Slave that can distroy cities, Ragna Blade that can cute through anything inculding diminsions. That is not including the Gigi Slave she knows and can hardly crontroll that spell. It is one that can distroy the planet.
