2. Story
Port terminus. City of a Criminal's dream. Ever wonder why your town is so nice and full of laughter and giggles? It's Because crime bosses and major thieves and con artists left you, and came here instead, where me and my Partner Live. Crime didn't used to thrive in our City, so it's a big thing that it's suddenly swamped us, and we're here to try and stop it.
So that's why we're part of the L.V.A. (Local Vigilante Association) To try and bring the crimes down. Of course we have major criminals and police on our tails, so it's a tough business, but it is a pay and hire job, and we make money for it. But this is still a place filled with crime, and it will never end.
Please note that you have an option of a partner in this rp. Just mention their username in the sign up sheet. If you still want a partner but don't have another gaian user to fill the role, don't worry. You can fill in the role yourself. But remember YOU ARE LIMITED TO 4 CHARACTERS.

3. The Places
There are many places to steal from if you are into that sort of profession. As many as you can think of, but there are a few that are selected by many.
Pearl Bank: One of the highest security banks possibly in the world. It consists of various motion, pressure, and laser sensors, as well as heat detectors and other means to catch people. Though it holds no real object of value, it does have a large stash of money in the main vault, of course, in the back of all the security. So just like a pearl, getting to it's main glory could take years.
Uptown: The area with the rich folk. And constant break-ins, muggings, grand theft auto, etc. Many gang activites occur here, and most people try to have as much protection as possible. Home security, liscenced guns. You name it. Doesn't mean many are bad enough to let this stop them.
Downtown: Main living area of Terminus. Consists of the normal working class, and soem blue collar job offices, as well as all the white collar ones. Not very much crime goes on here because of the little amount of value most people hold even on these streets.
Red Light District: Gangs, drug lords, and various out of place muggings explains this area. Of course the people a little short on cash do try to live here the best they can, most try to stay away from that sort of living if they can absolutely avoid it.
City Hall: Museums, political office members. The Big Heist lover's area. Want to steal a work of art or piece of history? How about being paid to kill a Senator who's in town, or maybe the mayor for a fair price? this is where you would pull it off.

4. The People
The Mayor: Known for previous records of money laundreing and some criminal records that people might hold a grudge to. Has also been known for a history of violence, and a rumor was spread about him murdering someone before put into office. None of the above are known to be true or not.
The Senator: George Franklin is a highly respected man in most areas of the political parties, but for a few, despised to now end. There are some who want him dead for some of his decisions towards state laws, and also the fact that he was put into office altogether.
John Lyons: Ultimate Drug Lord of Red Light District. Also the man to go to for information. He is the gossip of the town, he hears it before it's spread. So if you're looking for a job, or just need some help with something, he's who you talk to.
Bill Carter: The Crime Lord of Red Light District. Of course he pulls strings in some offices and also controls a good portion of the city, he does have a feel to him most wouldn't consider crimelike. He seems good natured, even if he doesn't like having a job done the right way, or money collected on time. He is still one who is not liked by some of the lower gangs.

5. Rules Rules 1. Follow these or die 2. No godmoding. It can happen even with no fighting. So don't do it 3. This is going to be about 75% lit and up. We'll give you warnings as many times as we see fit. Too many, or if we just think you shouldn't be here, you go on the blacklist. 4. Our word, as you should all have guessed, is law. Fitting the roleplay don't you think? Of course if you break our law, you don't get to act out of it. 5. All Character sheets must be PMed to either me or Lawchan, along with a roleplay example. The prompt will be given below. 6. Failure to follow above rule will either result in instant Blacklisting, or a warning depending on your roleplay example. 7. Romance is allowed, of course as usual, nothing above pg-15. 8. No Powerplaying (Auto-hits) 9. No killing without consent by other player and us. 10. Crimes can be anything from robbing a lemonade stand, to Mass murder of an entire City. Just remember how hard each crime would be to pull off, and that getting caught happens more than in the movies. 11. Flaming. Do it, and you hit the Blacklist. 12. Remember, there will be a situation where you may be caught or killed. Just a reason to make another character and try again right?

Though do remember that for the age you will be skilled in various areas.) Area of Expertise sad pretty much anything related to the plot or places.) Description sad Pictures are allowed. But please try to be creative and make something your own) Location: Personality: Background(If desired) Prompt You are in the middle of stealing something either valuable, or that you have wanted. Only you are in the process of being caught, as an alarm is tripped and you hear the police on their way and you get that nervous feeling they're coming for you... That is all we will give. You tell us what you are stealing, whether you were caught or not, and how you treated the situation. This has nothing to do with how you are aligned with the Law However. Your character could be a detective in the rp, but for this, be a thug robbing a bank or something.

Description: FerranLocation: Downtown Personality: Though he is the brawn of the two, his intelligence is more than up to par. He has been known to get good connections from Red Light to figure out problems and cases on his own accord, even if his partner, Tez, does it more than him. But he is stil getting a knack for the whole "Detective" thing. He also find almost everything interesting and gets excited at minor details. Background: Amazingly, Ferran grew up n Red Light district and had in fact been part of a small "crime family" even though it was more of a gang that rivaled, and beaten down, most others. It was only once he and most of his gang were almost killed, and then sent to jail that he decided to try and stop crime, mainly because he didn't want others to follow the same crappy trail. Leigh AndersonPartner: None Age: 19 Race: Half Spanish, Half Caucasian Area of Expertise: Teen Vigilante (Known for dealing) Location: Uptown Personality: She's a bright girl who just happened to fall into the wrong hands, the hands of Bill Carter. Her attitude is one of a kind, outspoken, but obedient, sort of. Background: Her father is the Mayor, but she works for the one and only, Bill Carter. As a little girl, she spent her time playing football with the boys, and by the time she hit puberty, she knew more than a ten year old should. As she reached the mid-teens, she turned to drugs, but only dealing them instead of doing them. That was where alcohol came into the picture. Now, you can find her in the Red Light District, hanging out with the perverted potheads of the city. She has no actual friends, but lately she's decided that she wants out of the biz.

Tez stepped out of the cappuccino house and into the cold night air, he walked down towards the street and waited for the bus. 'Damn public transportation,' he complained. Me and Ferran need to get a car quickly.
Tez was a little nervous about standing in the cold night all by himself infront of a cappuccion house in Downtowm, Terminous. There were alot of freaks and weirdos out and about. Luckily Tez had his knife with him, even though most people around carried guns.
"What the hell is taking the bus so long?" Tez asked to no one in particular.

Serian sat with her hood up and a small music player in the sweatshirt in her pocket. Her head leaned against the window of the city bus. Serian was alone except for an old lady and a sleeping bum on the bus seats. Serian had a hard look on her face. She was tired and pissed. She didnt know why she was mad, but just because it made her look less vunerable to and rapists or gang members, she did it anyway. She watched the dark city lights pass along the streets. The small fog on the windw from her breath began to black her view. She sat up taking out the contents of her pockets.
Serian was a world class pick-pocket. Or at least in her eyes she was. She had been Pick pocketing since she was little and was very good at it. She took out 3 leather wallets, 1 small womenly purse bags, and a small money clip. She opened the first wallet taking the $40 that was tucked inside. She looked at the pictures in the holders. It was a man with a short mexican looking wife. He had 2 Visa's and 1 master card. He also had a few phone numbers and a couble of Id's along with a few Shopping cards.
The bus began to pull to the next stop and Serian tossed the wallet to another seat and began searching the next one.

Tez hopped on the bus and put his measily dollar fifty in the coin accepter. He wanted to get a good seat near the back so he sat by the window on the oposite side of a girl who was counting her money.
When he looked over to her he saw that she had quite a bit of it. What was she doing with all of that cash. Underneath his butt he could feel a lump. He grabed undertheth and looked at a wallet. He started rifling through it.

Sakura opened the next wallet and scuffled through it. This wallet belonged to a blackman with a wife and no kids. He had a tall figure and just enough hair to make it seem like he had any hair. His wife had long braided hair against her head. Sakura looked through his cards. Finding nothing interesting execpt a shopping card for 60 dollars at some day spa. She put it back not caring. In the money holder held around 15 $ in 5's and $100 in twentys. She tucket it with the money in her last scrounging inside her shirt. She took off her ear phones putting it in the pocket of her pull over Jacket. She glanced over to the guy next to her, not moving her head and only watching him out of the cornor of her eye. HE found the wallet she threw aside. " DAmn" she thought. " He most likely arleady knows I stole the damn thing. " She slid the wallet she had next to her and lightly pushed it off the seat. As the diver began to pull away and go down the hill to cross the trolley tracks the wallet slid closert to the front of the bus on the ground. SAkura sat on the seat so it was slightly hide the last purse she stole.

Tez looked at the girl suspiciously. If she just so happened to live in the downtown area. He'd follow her off of the bus and reprt her if she did anything. But if she lived all out of the a** way then he'd go straight home to Ferran, a cup of coffe, and his nice warm bed. Tez coughed quietly so that the girl would notice him as less as possible.
