Ha! I made this because I wanted to.
Anyways, on one side, you have the Fastest Man Alive. On the other, you have the Dark Knight.
This is a though one.
I'll just say that, under the right circumstances, the Flash wins. I don't know what the circumstances could be.
In any other scenario, Batman wins.
