Seki took deep breaths trying to calm himself down. The trip down the stairs had taken a lot out of him, and used almost all of the energy he had. His heart was still hammering hard in his chest, and he looked up at Kieran, hopeing that what he had said before had not just been some kind of goad to get him moving down the stairs.
"...." He said, which didn't really amount to much since it was just a clicking sound in his throat as he tried to vocalize too many things at once. His eyes though reflected all the questions, where words failed. Was this all a joke? Would he really be welcome rooming with the other shounen? And... Where was the puzzle they went through all that trouble to get in the first place?

Kieran had become adapt in quite a short time at reading Seki's expressions, and a part of him was hurt at what he believed he saw there. Doubt? Worry? For what purpose? When had Kieran ever stirred Seki wrong, or shown him anything but his truest intentions?
He covered the wound with a balm of humor, grinning wildly at Seki. "Well... I know my place is kind of a bachelor's pad now, and I'll probably have to do some massive cleaning to be able to fit all of your things into the room along with mine. On the bright side, carrying all that stuff down will help me build the muscles in my arms right?"
The Pluto Shounen turned his head to look for the puzzle, blinking. "I do believe we forgot the puzzle upstairs, Seki. I'll have to go up and get it."

Seki flushed and he slid his arms around Kieran again, giving him a soft kiss on the lips. "Thank you, I..guess I am just feeling a bit emotional at the moment." His eyes warmed at the mention of the room and he nodded. "I.. yes, I would like to.. I don't want to take over." He smiled and tried to get to his feet, looking once more at the floor first. "I.. We need the puzzle so we can do it."
With nervous staggering steps he managed to start heading toward the sofa to sit and rest a moment. "I can't wait.. till we are shareing a room and I can... er.. well if you don't mind I will be able to at least hug you at night."

"Mind? Why on earth should I mind? I'm not exactly a fuzzy teddy bear, but as long as you're careful of the tail I think it'll be a... mutually gratifiying experience," Kieran teased, flashing the J-rock Shounen a wink.
"Now, you just sit right there while I dash up and get the puzzle for you~"

Seki laughed softly, his expression going softer and more relaxed again as he leaned back against the sofa. "I.. guess that makes sense, I will be very careful of that tail and make sure I don't stab myself in my sleep..."
Waiting until Kieran was out of his line of sight, he reached down and started to rub his leg. He was trying to hide just how much pain it was giving him lately. The break itself had healed fine, but now he found that as soon as the weather started to change, he would feel a terrible throbbing ache running through it all the way into his hip. "I think its going to rain tonight.." He sighed and massaged his calve hopeing to ease the ache.

Kieran, true to his words, bounded up the stairs and returned with the puzzle. "Alrighty then. Let's see if we can't figure out how to put this thing together."

Hastilly Seki moved his hand away from his leg, sitting up straight and looking at his mate. "Uh, yes, I guess we will need to work at a table to do that." He rose to his feet again and started to limp across the room toward the same table that had been used for bonsai a while before.
The puzzle was an easier one, being complex mainly because it was to be done in 3-D, the ending structure intended to look like a small palace. Seki smiled as he gazed down at the box. "I sure hope we can do this, I would love to see what the whole castle looks like when it is completed."

"I'm sure we can with enough time," Kieran said with a nod, beginning to take the pieces from the box. "I mean, we've got two good heads on our shoulders, and I haven't another place to be."

Seki looked down at the box, reaching in and takeing out some instructions. It seemed that when the castle was set up there was a little set of lights that would go inside and be able to be turned on, but they too had to be put together. The feline set these to the side, they would worry about that when the time came unless Kieran wanted to start on them. Reaching down he flipped the box so they could see what it looked like as he started to remove the peices and set them on the table. "Okay, so the bottom are the dark gray peices..." He started looking for them, his brow creasing in a small furrow as he concentrated. His long tail twitching a bit and snapping at the tip.

Kieran instincivly began to assemble the tiny lights as best he could, glancing over the directions as he put piece after piece in place. "Does it say when we put these little things in?"

Seki worked on the base of the castle, starting to build up the foundation with nervous hands. He kept glanceing down at the sheet. "It says the lights get put in just before the roof starts to be assembled. The peices the lights are to fasten onto are the ones with a little groove in them." He shrugged. "I don't know what those ones are, so I guess we have to wait until we get there. Snapping a new peice into place, Seki groaned as one of the walls fell down. It seemed he wasn't being quite gentle enough. "I keep breaking it."

"You might be actually trying to hard. Just take it nice and slow," Kieran said, assembling the last of the light pieces. "It's not like there's any rush to get it done, so we can afford to take our time."

Seki started to slow down, moving his hands slowly as he started to rebuild the base of the castle, his fingers moving at a slower more delicate pace. He looks down at the base of the castle looking for more peices to start slowly building the sides up. "Does this look better?" One of the peices of the wall looked like it was clearly in the wrong spot.

Kieran studied what Seki had done for a moment, then reached out and took the piece that seemed out of place and turned it a few degrees until it was correct. "There we go. Other than that, it looks fine."

Seki flushed and hugged Kieran across the table, smileing. "Thank you, I knew something was wrong, and now that that one is right these two peices should fit, which means that the base is done and now we get to the harder parts, trying to make bricks fit in properly." He flushed and moved the peices around smoothing them out on the table. "I don't know where to go next.
