Task One

Child's Name: Areia

Full Description of Child(Describing this through the eyes of the guardian):
Baby: She's the sweetest looking thing, I swear it. Although, she did manage to make a rather sinister look long before she learned to smile, I'm sure I was just imagining things. She has the cutest little black curls, and the tips of her hair seemed to glimmer slightly blue when out in the sun. She has these vibrant cerealean blue eyes, that just seem to light up when I enter the room, and this tiny little button nose that wriggles a bit when I cook. Her skin almost seems void of any color at all right now, its a very pale pink thats probably border line white. It really makes the blue tinted freckles she has stand out. the few she has scattered over her face and arms that is. Her long lizard like tail gets in the way, but its skinny enough to just be cute with a little blue bow attached at the end.

Its fun to dress her up in little bonnets and dresses, I was kinda hoping she would never outgrow this stage.

Toddler: To be honest, I'm a little frightened. We just finished going through the whole teething stage, which seemed a little late to begin with, I'm very glad it was late now! She has the sharpest little fangs. I'm sure she didn't mean it, but she bit right through the skin on my finger without even biting very hard! Areia is growing like crazy! She seems a bit taller then a kid her age should be, but I'm sure the other children will catch up. She's still quite pudgy, maybe she should go on a diet, is it too early for a kid to go on a diet? I wish I knew more about kids. Her hair is down past her shoulders now, and she likes to, well make me put it up for her. I usually like doing pigtails, but if she doesn't like what she sees in the mirror she complains and I have to redo it.

So much for the frilly dresses and bonnets. She dresses herself now. At the moment, she has even less fashion sense then I do! I don't have the heart to tell her things like polka dots and plaid don't go very well together. Her blue eyes almost seem to glow at night, which is slightly errie to walk into her bedroom on. I wonder if she can see better then me in the dark? As for her skin, it sure has darkened up! Its a nice lavender color now, maybe a bit closer to a light blue, its a nice color none-the-less. I hope the neightbors don't say anything about it! I wonder if it will get any darker?

Kid: She's thinned out some, guess it was just a matter of losing her baby fat. Her skin has pretty much stayed the same, thoguh it does get a bit darker if she's outside in the sun. Her tail has gotten much longer now, but it still has that thin quality to it. Sometimes I think the tail has a mind of its own! She's let her hair grow out, and won't let me cut it. She usually just wears it straight and messy, since she doesn't let me brush it either. For some reason, she seems to be going for a punk rocker meets ballerina princess look going on with the outfits she chooses in the morning. I don't argue with her, she's very mean when argued with.

Preteen: She had another growth spurt! She's about 5'3" now, much taller then a lot of the other children her age, or so it appears. Her choice in clothing has, sadly, seemed to remain the same. Its still that punkrocker meets ballerina princess look. She has this new tiara that she wears everywhere. No one questions her about it though. Her tail touches the ground now, and her hair has grown past her midback. She still makes me do her hair up too, such a pain!

Teenager: She hasn't grown very much at all in the last few years. She isn't short, persay, but she certainly isn't tall either. I guess the other children really did catch up with her in height. Oh well, there are always highheels, like those lace up boots with the few inch heels she likes to wear.


Child's Personality: Areia is a very demanding individual, in any stage of her life. The following idea of personalities are tentative, things that happen in roleplay and interaction with others could possibly change them, either a little bit or even drastically.

Baby:As a baby, she is very demanding of attention. Tessa really has her hands full with this one, more then she could have ever imagined, but hey, at least Areia is keeping her entertained.

Toddler-Teenager: Personality pretty much stays the same as it is as a baby, with the addition of a small additude problem and a strange fasination with death. I leave this part open, because running into people she doesnt know, could possibly change this a little, or a lot! Depending on who she meets and such smile You never know, she could end up the sweetest person in gaia! *cough*

A little bit about the Guardian:

Name: Tessa Friedley

Age: 21

Appearance: Tessa isn't that great looking, but she wasn't aweful looking. She has a bluish-purple hued eyes. Her hair, wavey and untamed, is down to her midback. She often pulls her hair back into a messy poneytail to keep it out of her eyes. She has slightly pale skin, from lack of being out in the sun the last few years past. Tessa, when working as a secretary, wears a buisness like outfit, those outfits that come already fully designed with a shirt, pants or a skirt, and a jacket. Outside of work, she rarely matches. That was one of the things she never really picked up on. She doesn't think twice about randomly grabbing two socks out of her underwear drawer and throwing them on, even if the colors don't even go together. However, if someone points them out, she gets horribly embarassed.

Personality: Tessa is a very iffy person. Her decisions are easily changed with little or no discussion on the matter; She's just very suseptable to giving into other's wills. She just, simply, isnt very good at making her own decisions and sticking with them. Because she has learned that people tend to walk all over her because of her inability to secure decisions(and used to get her in a lot of trouble as a child), she avoids socializing. Its the easiest way to avoid having people take advantage of her. This, in turn, has made her a very lonely person. She had always loved being around people, but people are just so cruel.
Reason for wanting to Adopt: Tessa, being as lonely as she is, wants someone around. Since she isn't the type to go out and date, she figured maybe she should just pass all that and go right for a kid. Kids are harmless, right? Tessa, is in no way, really equipt for a kid, but that wont stop her from trying to lie to get a kid.

Task Three

Nothing. He's a horribly plain guy when it comes to what he wears. However, his hut, which is in a secluded area, is full of junk that he collects from his victums.
