I doubt that I'll be able to make it to any concerts once again. They never seem to be within two hours of where I live!!! gonk I was looking at the the shows for Detroit, Cleveland, and Columbus, but I probably won't get to see them. crying

They're not stopping in Montana this time. crying It seems the closest they're coming to my town is Lethbridge. Perhaps I could persuade a friend of mine to drive there... Who's up for a road trip? mrgreen Wait, we'd have to get passports, wouldn't we?

Hey look! Montana is near Alberta! Fancy that!
I know nothing about American geography. Is it obvious?

I know nothing about American geography. Is it obvious?I don't really know much outside of Montana... although I've been to Washington a few times... I think they have a tour stop there somewhere, and I know a few people who live there... but a road trip to Canada sounds like more fun. To me, at least. mrgreen

I've checked out my dad's big ol' road atlas... and Lethbridge is indeed the closest. According to Google Earth, it's 205 miles and approximately 5 hours and 34 minutes away. It's way closer than, say, Everett, which was over there in Warshington. That's 511 miles, and an estimated 9 hour drive. Portland, OR is even farther than that, and I'm not even considering Denver. I'll have to talk to my friend about it tomorrow... On one hand, I'd think he'd go for it, considering it's BNL, and on the other hand, he might not because that's a heck of a drive, and he hates driving long distances. And he says that driving in the city gives him a headache, and all that jazz. But the Lethbridge date isn't till 2/09, and I don't know what either of us will be doing then... I'll have to wait and see. I have my fingers crossed for a "yes", and I've started saving up my BNL concert and buying-stuff-at-the-merchandise-thing funds. mrgreen
EDIT: Oh, and if I do indeed get to go, I'll make to remember to grab a postcard from Somewhere In Lethbridge. mrgreen Wait, is it Somewhere in Lethbridge, or Somewhere Near Lethbridge?
