No, we are not going to specially create it, but if someone wants to rule a country, then they can re-create it if they want.

Hey I have been reading through your new guild Chronicles of New Chaos and I must say I am impressed, but I don’t know if I understand a few things, such as how do you upgrade your weapon and do you have to start with wood, because I don’t think you did with one of your guys, and if not then why wouldn’t one just start with diamond. Also I think there should be more classes of armor and weapons like bronze and Iron and titanium or something, just more variety. Also I don’t really get how you obtain weapons and armor, and I think that each country should also be able to create their own occupations if they desire. And lastly, if you are lets say sparing with someone for ten posts do you get 100 experience for the spar and 500 for the posts or is it just the 100 or is it 1000, and if you need like 100 exp to level up, and you going 1000 for training would you level up to like level 5?

((A little note, we started this roleplay before this guild so we just carried over. It wasn't much, but yeah, we did start, so we already have jobs and some better stuff.))
First of all, what you start off with depends on your class (low, middle, high. I did it this way because I didn't want everyone to have to keep track of money). If you are in the lower class then yes, you probably would have to start with wood, or maybe steel. But, if you're in middle class (Which kinda has classes within itself), then you would have more choices. If you're in that class, but leaning towards rich or royalty, then you could most likely have gold. No-one can start off with diamond, even if they're rich. That must be gained within the rp.
To upgrade your weapons, you just have to do it within the rp, like interact with a shop owner and rp as if you bought it, but you have to be fair and not buy things that are out of your class. Also, there maybe special evens such as tournaments that hold prizes and one maybe a weapon upgrade. Another way is to beat down and mug other players. You don't have to kill them, but if you get their health low and threaten to kill their character, then you can get it that way.
With the armor and stuff, I think that you're right. Yes, there should be more armor classes, but there is a lot more stuff that I didn't do yet. I will upgrade this guild (Like version 1.0, 2.0, etc) and add stuff in, but for now lets just leave it like it is.
You can create your own occupations. This rp is very open and those jobs that I listed are just basic ones for people who can't think of anything.
With that scenario, you would get 100 exp for each single post that you are sparring in. So you would do the 100 times 10 for 1000 exp plus the 50 for each just for posting so you would do 50 times 10 for 500. All of that would be worth about 1500 exp. I know that it seems like a whole lot, but it's not like all someone is going to be doing is training or sparring or fighting. This is a roleplay and they would have to interact with others sometime. (Remember that you add two zeros to the end of you level to figure out how much you need. It's not just one hundred for each level). When you get to the higher levels, then you'd need a whole lot of experience. There is no level on how high levels go (Yet).

Yeah sorry about all the questions I just want to get a grasp on this rp, I like stuff like this. So can you level up more then once at a time? Say if I got 300exp at level one would it bump me up to level three?

Ok one last one, I kind of think it would be unfair for someone to say they have like Iron Legs, Iron Chest, Iron Shield, Iron Helm, Iron gloves, Iron Boots and so on and so on and get like 600def from it, I dunno how this should be approached or if it should but I just think that it could gave an unfair advantage.
