Well, as you all probably know, people come and go around this guild making finding instructors a hard job. Yes, some people are very good and attentive instructors but there are others that do nothing.
This thread is devoted to helping out our class system. See, inactive instructors makes a perfectly good class really lame. Without an attentive instructors the class just weeps or dies out. Anyways, In this thread I will hold votes. As any election would be, someone runs for a job and the person with the most votes wins the job. Easy enough.
I will put a list of jobs that are open or will be open soon enough. Note that this means more than instructors.
RulesTo run for a job all you have to do is post what you want to run for and wait for votes here. Like before, you will run until atleest 4 people have voted for you, including a "Headmasters approval". You must also have the
proper requirements. If you don't know what they are, look in the
Rules and regulations sticky.
((New Rule))As you all should know, you need curtain qualities to be a teacher. And yes, anyone can say that they have those qualitys but not all the times will they mean it. Please know that after running for a job, you will be given a test via PM. You can take it as many times as you want so don't feel pressured just know that you have been told to prevent any confusion.
