Ok I well move this to the Spam section later, but first I need help writing a speech on Competent Speakers, who would you sudjest I write about and Why. that person has to be:
Ethical-honest,considerate,Truthful,keeps confidence
Resposible-informed,reliable,logical,accountable
Accesible-Open,Pleasant,Caring,Likeable
