I guess it's just to raise your post count now. It's good that new accounts don't need 1000 posts to take polls though- good if you want to set up a mule or new account.

I didn't think they changed the gold amount completely, for posts at least? :0 I know I noticed before that sometimes I didn't get much gold.

Well after a while you only start getting one or two gold, so if you're bumping regularly it's not really worth the time. sad
