Rules
I'm typing all this normally for those who cannot read L33T.
1. NO CYBERING!!!!!
2. NO SPAMING!!!
((Unless a member, but still limit to your own guild))
3. NO GOD MODDING!!!!!
((THIS IS AN OFFENSE PUNISHABLE BY BAN!! Unless decided on before the fight.))
4. Please don't beg unless a member is offering and wants you to do so.
5. Try to be original and creative with names and races.
((Simply put not all vampires can't be Alucard or Lestat, etc.))
6. Do not stretch the page. If you do, your posts will be deleted!
((Put spaces between words to fix this and keep your signatures moderate sizes))
7. Please try to have proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Type-o's are acceptable, just point them out.
8. Please, do not enter someone else's fight, unless you're invited.
9. Protect those who cannot protect themselves, unless they say otherwise.
10. The Mansion is very important to me and is a key part of the guild. If you bust it up beyond repair I'll personally rip your throat out.
11. Don't automatically smash NooBs; they are people too, just not experienced ones.
((Maybe test them in battle before hating them))
12. If you are changing your username, PM me the new name before the change or I will have no proof that it is you.
13. Try to post at least once every week.
((If you don't post for more than a month without prior notice you will be removed from the member list and be considered a traitor, unless you have a proper reason))
14. Please use the (( )) for OOC chat.
(OOC is out of character, which means it has nothing to do with the RP)
Try to remember to double-space the lines between "Out Of Character" and "In Character" post.
15. Posting gross, explicit, or rude things just to piss people off is not allowed and is a good way to get Blacklisted
16. Always respect those of higher rank than you, because they have authority over your a**.
17. Sure this a Convent of Demons and Vampires, but we respect all life (or lack there of). Therefore all are allowed to enter. This includes Humans and select Hunters.
18. Committing suicide in the guild is forbidden, unless it is in the form of Seppuku (committing suicide in order to preserve honor) and even then it better be a damn good reason. Also, it is allowed in cases where there is life after death. (Example: Killing yourself in order to become a zombie or such.)
19. You have the utmost permission to Flame all blacklisted on site.
20. Showing affection is aloud as long as it does not pass the PG-13 border. Also excessive humping is allowed under the same terms.
To sum it up: Be a decent person and stick to the Gaia ToS.
If you piss me off, I'll collect your head!

Advice
((These are not rules, they are merely suggestions in order to improve your Gaia experience))
1. Help the Guild and it will help you
((bring friends, post alot, donate, etc. and the other members will be grateful))
2. When RPing its always a good idea to listen to music that suits the mood, it greatly helps the creative process
((I might start another post for music suggestions for situations))
3. Not to sound like your Language teacher, but reading books is a great way to improve your imagination and language skills, and it teaches you to use imagery.
((Nobody likes a person who can't spell and only has a 6-word vocabulary))
4. When chalenging a peson of higher rank, you may request a battle not demand it.
5. If you for some reason dissappear while RPing with someone, it is a good idea to PM them next time you're on and apologize.
((Otherwise people may begin to know you as a quitter or being untrustworthy while RPing))
6. Cussing can get annoying if the situation doesn't call for it. Try to keep it toned down, DAMMIT!!!
7. It is very cool to beat a stronger and higher ranking member in a proper battle, but bragging excessively is just stupid because it pisses people off and can get you blacklisted.
8. Help NooBs, you were once one too...remember.
9. If you are a NooB, don't be afraid to ask for help, because you are the future of Gaia, but if you act stupid you will be b***h-slapped.
10. Get to know some members from ally guilds, because you may soon be fighting beside them.
11. Try to keep most conversations in the forum so that the guild is raised in the list.
((If you want to talk about a very controvesial topic on need privacy go to PMs or Hangouts))
12. Portraits of your character make great Sigs, because they allow people to see your idea of what your character looks like.
13. Don't constantly flirt with everyone who enters. Most people just want to RP. Plus, you never know if that person has a significant other that will fight for them.

The Fine Print
((This is a short list of my authority and power))
1. I reserve the right to violate my own rules if I feel that the situation calls for it.
2. I can ban anyone I want for any reason I want, so don't get on my s**t-list!
3. I can shift the power of the guild to another user whenever I see fit and reclaim it when I want.
4. I realize that I am not always the most reasonable person at times, therefore I will allow myself to be suspended from power for a set period of time as I am overuled by at least a 2/3 majority of the guild members.
