So I just had the best ******** day today! A bunch of little things went all wrong for me, but I'm in just too good of a mood! Usually, I hardly talk aloud in school, but today, I just couldn't stop. Hell, screw a good day, I've been having a good week! Misfortune doesn't seem to affect me at all...

Fire

My gawd, today’s been a lovely day!
No, it’s not because I saw a certain someone;
though, I did see people who I’ve had some things to say.
Today may not have been a whole lot of fun
but, goddamn! It’s just been a lovely day!

I have yet to get back on the track of autumn
as I’m still struggling to jump from the wagon of the weekend.
I’ve probably hit rock bottom
but I’m so oblivious that I seem to offend.
I’ve seen the events that are coming from miles away,
though I’ll probably won’t feel
the blow until two days from now when it’s Saturday.
Just enough time to for my ego and mood to heal.

Mother- you just don’t seem to get how great today has been.
I can’t really tell you in this smoke, but hell, I’m on fire!
I don’t know what’s so different, but it’s better than vodka or gin;
please be sure to drink it all, it’s chore that’s very dire.

Listen up now! I don’t need their sympathy;
I’ve been sleeping fine.
And I don’t need your empathy;
not since I found this thing called Sleepy-Time.

Oh, man! Today’s just been a lovely day!
It’s just been working out, it’s the perfect fit!
Everything has just been going my way
that I can’t seem to believe it.
Aw, ********! It’s such a great day!
I suppose I should enjoy it while I can
because before I know it, it’ll be far away.
