Can someone help me in FF9 Disc 3? Im in the castle, got all the stones but cant get on............Cant someone help?

I havent played it in a while but what is the area called? and what cant you get on?

All i know is it is a huge castle owned by a guy that sent Zidane and 3 other people of your choice....and it is the 2nd part after you get the one peice in the non-magic ruins.......
