Okay, I saw a thread like this in the TV anime forum, and thought it would make a good topic here aswell biggrin . So what do you think?
Personally, I preffer Seto as an Uke...I used to hate it, but SG-chan showed me the errors of my ways XD;; Uke Seto is nice, and I think it makes sense. He has to have so much control in everything else, i just think there are times when he'd just like to be able to give that control to someone else.
Don't get me wrong, i still love Seme Seto(Infact,in my OTP I prefer him a Seme until Moki is older >_O)...I've just been growing more fond of him as an Uke <3

I really go either way, since it depends on what pairing...
There's really only a few I can see him playing uke to, like Atemu.
(Although I see in pride that Atemu would mostly be uke since Seto is a control freak.)
Of course, flareshipping he gets to play both x3

i like him as a seme because he's very controlling but, it's nice to see him as and uke every once in a while so it's not the same scenario every time

I agree with Ani Blade.
It really depends on the pairing, but the thing is, Seto doesn't view being in control as a responsibility, he does it for HIMSELF. He aches for power of others, and there are very few who could ever get away with domming him.
In personality, he is VERY seme, imo.

He aches for power of others, and there are very few who could ever get away with domming him. In personality, he is VERY seme, imo. His personality is very seme, but I kind of dislike the cliche 'cold-b*****d' seme. I think a person can have a dominating personality, but still preffer to be the receiver when it comes to more intimate affairs.

Ani Blade Completely off topic for a mo... I'M GOING TO KILL THAT STUPID GOLD BOUNCING COIN!! Just block all content coming from http://graphics.gaiaonline.com/images/goldnotify/. I did it using adblock for Firefox; there's probably similiar tools for other browsers too. Or just turn the khrap off. Anyway... Onto Seto loving! I really agree with the opening statement though; Seto works both as a seme and uke as long as you use your imagination well enough.

Wouldn't that kinda be more as to what Atemu would be? Not for me >_O Atem is strictly seme in like, any pairing I like him in 3nodding 'Cept flare where he's uke to Seto...atleast with ADK >_>;;
I can't see an ex-pharaoh wanting to be uke, seeing as the uke in a gay relationship was looked down upon as a woman in egypt...that just would fly for a pharaoh talk2hand x3!

Depends on the pairing. I can see him being seme with Jou and uke with Bakura. He switches back and forth. I just adore making him uke, though. Seme's just something planted in his DNA, I guess.
