OK, stories can be on any topic and in any form, but they have to be 50 Words. No more, no less.
They can be funny, meaningful, cryptic or poetic. Anything.
eg:
She held my heart so tenderly, so delicately. Sensing the fragility, words were gentle, touch was careful.
Another heart to hold, mine forgotten, I am alone in the dark without her. Her touch that was once so kind, so careful, leaves a black hole of a feeling in it's absence.
or
He left the table, said his 'goodbyes'. Quiet for a moment, Veronica looks to the table. Holding up his keys, we all laugh at Boyd's lack of memory. A text of &Keys?& is sent. He stops to look at his phone. &Damn& I meet him halfway. Gratefullness abounds. Silly Boyd.
Good Luck and be creative!!!

I stared at him from across the bar. I couldn’t understand why he refused to make eye contact. After all, he was my brother, he was alone. Then I remembered, he had a twin who was adopted by another family at birth. Oh, how the world changes. He’s dead now.

The mission began. They fought infected mutants, found them easy. A psychic scream was heard. They found the co-ordinates. She was saved, after an immense struggle, and was thankful. English was not her language, this was not her time... Another attack and time travel ensued. 68 years in 6 seconds.
