I have just watched this amazingly cool program named The Zoo. If any of you have heard of it, then please say as I am really into it. =3
They had this hedgehog called Rupert, who was born with a deformed eye. Well, they believe it was born like it. Ruperts parents were ill, and had to be put down because of a car injury that led them to lots of pain and agony.
Discuss ~ + Animals, in general. + This program. + Any harsh/sad things that has happened with your pets.

I don't think I've ever seen that. I used to watch whassit... the Animal Planet channel a lot a few years ago though, I love nature and ze fluffy ickle animals. xd I watched Animal Park a few days ago as well, the one with the seemingly camp male presenter with a lisp and the annoying women where they go around seeing what's going on in a zoo thingy. xDD
Amazingly bad things that happened to my pets: - I had to give my dog away when we moved from the US to the UK. The guy said he'd contact us but he never did, and our dog had a bad habit of not eating when we weren't around anyway so the worst was assumed. - Two hamsters died, one 5 days after I got it (xDD) and the other soon after I came back from a German exchange trip. The only small animals that last with me are gerbils. o.O - My cat Ginger had to be put down because something was wrong with his kidneys and he'd lost loads of weight and had started having small fits and stuff. sad

Yeah, the dead cat's brother and a kitten. For a while I was terrified that the kidney thing Ginger died of was a family thing, but luckily it wasn't. His brother just needs to quit getting into fights. xD

I've never heard of "The Zoo" but the title itself sounds neat. I love animals... I'm just like that. Hm... Harsh things that happen to my pets? Well... the other day I was playing piano and my dad was yelling to me from the bird-cage so I went to see what he wanted and I realized he wasn't saying he needed help... He was saying the bird drowned itself... which it did. It was sitting lifelessly with it's head in the water thing. The other bird was yelling, covering another egg. My dad was staring in disbelief... I was just sitting there wondering where to bury the poor fella.
I love animals, I just can't stand the noise... Animals are really important though- all life is. Besides- what's not to love about animals? They're so cute! Now I HAVE to see that show =)

Yeah almost all the pets we had either died or had to be given away....we had a pet duck once but it commited suicide.....if your wondering how well we hat him in a cage until he got bigger and we guessed he was jumping around and his head got caught in the bars and snapped his neck....
