I've been in love with this series for a very very very long time. Anyone else read it? biggrin
Houshin Engi is a manga by Fujisaki Ryuu (also the mangaka for Waq Waq and Sakura Tetsu) and consists of 23 volumes. Based on the Chinese story written during the Ming Dynasty "Feng Shen Yin Yi", the manga follows the story of Taikoubou, a doushi given the task to defeat the vixen demon Daiki who is manipulating the emperor with her seductress powers to rule over China as she wishes, causing havoc everywhere. However, things are much more complicated than they seem and Taikoubou must find allies to help him on his quest to save Ningenkai (human realm) and themselves.

Yay!!! =D Houshin Engi (in my humble opinion) is the best Jump series ever!!! And I really like Fujisaki's style in HE better than his style in Waq Waq...
