Mi logxas en Vermonto (I live in Vermont. Also, you weren't sure about sentence structure blahblahblah. It should be "Gxi estas...")

eiei...OMGWTFBBQ It should be "Gxi estas..." Actually, "Estas..." is more correct in this case. The verb esti, when used without a subject, can mean "there is/are/were..." So, "There is a gorgeous flower across the street" --> Estas belega floro trans la strato.
