~::The Outer World::~
This is the realm of the dinosaurs. Outside of the safe walls of the fortified villages out here it is literally a jungle, or at least in most places. In this world there are no rules. Kill or be killed. Death comes very quickly to young dinosaurs and humans that venture to far without a seer by their side.
It is a world of mysteries, untamed wilderness and dangers to many to count. Only the adventurous lurk here, or those that need to survive. It is one reason villages are so closely knit and rules so closely followed. To be cast out here means certain death.
The Outer World as it is called by the villagers is immense. Villages are small and the outer world is everything on Pangaea Achepelago but those villages. The Outer World is always a constant reminder that this land belongs to the giant creatures that live here, and not to the small and minute two leggeds that attempt to scrape a living.
Even for the dinosaurs themselves life is dangerous. Very little make it past the first stages of their life, being eaten by a predator, or simply smashed by a not so watchful mother. Times have become more settled amonst the dinosaurs now that they have obtained such great intelligence, yet still, they must eat and they are still the same way they once were at heart, so the danger can never completely fade. One can only hope they are at the mercy of one another in this dangerous land.

1. Keep it Pg-13. Bloodshed is fine, but no X rated scenes, kk?
2. Be curteous to other RPers, no huge OCC arguments. Take it to PM. And just a reminder, not everyone is the leading writer, it takes practice, so don't flame them for silly things like spelling errors or posts that aren't long enough.
3. When talking out of context use (()) or []; and when making threads, use PRP or ORP at the top so others know whether it is private or public.
4. No god-moding. This is a REAL world. Things die, even if you don't want your character to die, you still have to play like the could. If you are seen taking advantage of this fact, you will recieve a warning. On the second offense, a temporary leave, and the third, a banning.
5. Keep in mind the limits of your character. The bigger they are, the harder they fall. Tyranosaurs and the like can crush their own lungs by lying to long, and can easily die from broken bones.
6. These are not modern times. If someone breaks a bown, or gets a horrible wound, they can't just be healed magically. Such wounds tend to kill people, and certainly send them into fits of pain. Infection is very likely in the outdoors, so keep that in mind. Humans may have a chance of surviving, but dinosaurs, slim to none.
7. Careful of your characters. As a general rule, survival of the fittest, so I don't want to see a bunch of blind or deaf dinos running around, they just wouldn't make it into adulthood. Some would, of course, but it would be very rare and chances are they'd get eaten.
8. Most of all, remember that this is all RP. Any hostility a character shows your character is NOT directed at you. Any views that character has is not necessarily reflective of the actual person's views. Always remember this, its so easy to forget.
9. Also, nice characters. I can definately see some, but as a rule, these animals are nasty evil caniving bloodthirsty individuals. They may be kind to kith or kin, but as soon as something foreign comes shooting through, expect a hostile response. A velociraptor and a tyranosaurus aren't very liable to get along.
10. Lastly, keep in touch with your surroundings. No where you are and what's around you before you start Rping. It makes things so much easier. Really, really does. Oh yeah, and have fun.
