Ok, it took me a little digging and determination, but I think I found the final couplings in Furuba. If you want to find them out on your own, don't read this. If I got any wrong, don't blame me, blame the website I found them on! Beware though, one of them is shocking as well as DISTURBING:
Tohru and Kyo (obvious)
Yuki and Machi Kuragi
Hatsuharu and (Rin) Isuzu Sohma
Hiro and Kisa (another obvious)
Hatori and Mayuko Shiraki (Kana's best friend, Tohru's teacher)
Ayame and Mine Kuramae (They deserve each other <they're both crazy> wink
Ritsu and Micchan
Kureno Sohma and Arisa Uotani
Kagura is going solo since Kyo dumped her
Same goes for Momiji (Though I wish he was mine!!! crying crying <Can you tell I have a crush on him?> wink
AND FINALLY (for the disturbing one)
Shigure and Akito! (Akito's a WOMAN!)
But like I said, don't blame me if they're wrong. I did the best I could.

o, very interesting..... are u sure there real, I mean anyone could have posted them and claimed that they are the REAL DEAL!......... It is possible. stare

Those are all what they seem like they would be. Although I don't want Kagura to end up alone.
I think most of those pairings will be left up in the air, though. Just sort of assumed, but not actually defined.

AikoTashio I'm positive. It was one of those "official Fruits Basket" website things But even that would be speculation. Only Takaya Natsuki could know the final couplings.

Hm. I'm fairly sure Hatori was last seen with someone named Satsuki, or Sasuki or something like that, (Someone in the Sohma family,) although Mayuki does have a huge crush on him. I remember reading about Shigure taunting Mayuko about Hatori having someone else (after Kana).
I also don't think Mitchan and Ritsu will ultimately get together, much as I think that couple would be cute. They have one very short scene, and it seems as though Ritsu is pushed far back from the main plot. I don't see much development of his character in the future, but it's not my manga, so I can't say.
I completely agree (hope/wish) with Mine/Ayame. FAVORITE FB COUPLE right there. They're so adorable. heart
And personally, I really don't want Shigure and Akito to get together. They're so dysfunctional, they'd end up breaking each other.

I'm sorry to say and i have been bashed for saying this but i seriously KNOW that Yuki and Tohru will end up together. I just see them together, their so perfect for each other.
Im alright for everything else but Shigure and Akito, Yes Akitos a woman but Shigure is to smart for that. He might act stupid but he sometimes knows what hes doing.

Shigure has admitted to being obsessed with Akito. He's also jealous enough of her sleeping with someone else that he shacks up with her mother. There are also many flashbacks to Akito's younger days, with her having a crush on him and recieving a camellia from him. His whole motivation is based on her. I'm pretty sure that couple is a canon-true given, although it may or may not work out.
