whats the 1st day of councelling like? im going for panic attacks and fear problems (yes...im a wuss) and deos it show up on future records (like in the future when im trying to get a job) cause im afraid someone would see it and judge me like i had a freaky problem!

The first day is usually laid-back. The counselor is very nice. He/She will greet you, tell you about them, perhaps ask a few questions about you. They don't often go very deep into questioning/talking until future sessions.
They are forbidden to speak of anything that goes on within their walls to anybody. Unless you tell someone, nobody will EVER know you saw a counselor.

the councellers at my school seem like there not to nice people complain about them all the time! and they are always around and they pull people out of class all the time! so i dont want to miss class or tell someone at school who would be around me all the time i would rather go elsewere thats why
