Nobody's posting too much here anymore. neutral
What happened? And what can we do to get people to stop leaving?
Upon asking around, these are the current problems and issues I've recieved in response so far:
+ Nobody's talking. (Waiting for someone else to talk so you can respond doesn't work, people! gonk )
+ The guild is "messy".
+ Some members dislike mandatory advertisement.
+ "It's an offshoot of the ATG and I don't need to be in two ATGs."
+ "Crew spots are supposed to be earned for merit and value, not as a contest prize."
+ There are "too many mods and not enough members for them to look over."
(More to come if there are other surfacing issues)
Discuss the problem and the possible solutions.

I'm in the same boat as everybody else; I'm here everyday, but I'm not much of a topic-maker. I should probably stop being so "Z'OMG my topics are stupid" but the topics I make anyways aren't really that interesting.
But, I think one big thing is the ATGness of the people. Perhaps if there were more topics to contribute to - perhaps some with a little more weight (like discussion - not that there aren't discussions going on here) - more people would be inclined to stay.

I dunno, I've tidied the banner thread up and deleted one of a topic (about where to buy the maids dress) that was all sorted out and had nothing left to say about.
I guess it wouldn't hurt to delete threads that are dead or where questions have been answered, or just lock them until we're told what to do about it. neutral

I'm thinking about cleaning up the stickies and announcements. Most of them are a couple lines, not much really. They could be piled a bit better together.
