In the deep, dark part of a certain forest lay a mysterious egg of some sort. It was snuggled against a grassy bed that is shadowed by a great tree. It's main color was a type of dark blue and on it's delicate covering had a gray symbol that seemed random. It moves and jiggles about as the soft wind pasts by. It appears to be alone or abandoned, seeing as no one of any kind was close within.
What creature slept inside was unknown..

A rarely heard cracking sounded through the crowded forest. Oh, it seems to be arriving from the previously mentioned egg ..CRACK! The harsh noise hit the air once more! The animal within it was seriously trying it's best to release itself and open up into life's world. Moments past, and egg begin to shatter slowly, though ever so gentle. Soon, a furry baby peaked through the gaps of it's shell. Indeed, it was adorable and held the innocence that all newborns have. It broke free shortly, and his deep blue eyes moved curiously at his surroundings...

The just-born Tocou glanced about in a carefree manner, staring blankly into the rows of tall trees. He let out a lonely cry, to hear only his own voice echo back at him. Stunned at this unknown thing, he became startled. Was the replied cry from one who would hurt him? Whimpering, he crawled closer to the tree trunk. He laid down and cuddled for warmth. As he glanced back at the broken egg shell pieces, memories pictured into his head. He remembered being balled up in darkness wondering if he was ever to be released from this state. Suddenly in awe of this place, he rised and began exploring the area. The beauty Mother Nature created astounded him in ways that cannot properly be explained. Soon, he was relatively a long way from the spot where he'd originated. He came upon bunches of grouped leaves and branches with red berries connected to them. Discovering that these fruit which beared from short bushes relieved him from hunger, he munched on them greedily. It was a small ammount of time before he became tired and his restless attitude earlier ceased. He plopped down on a comfortable resting place and fell into deep sleep, dreaming of his new life.

Awakened by chirps made by a flock of birds, the little Tocou jumped. He dismissed this as no threat and calmed down. How big this place is, and how I would like to explore every single inch of it! Due to adrenaline's part in the dark-furred cub's body, he galloped out into nowhere. Once, or twice, did he stop to admire the natural artwork that stood in his path. Was he, himself, a piece of this artwork? He pondered at random times, then continued his journey to nowhere's land. He took pit-stops to eat when he spotted edible, or not so much, fruit. He began remembering which fruits he did not become sick, and which ones are delicious and satisfying. No matter how hungry he was when he hadn't ate for what appeared like hours, he was not tempted to crunch into the juicy, yet poisonous, berries he encountered.

T'was not long before he discovered his strange powers..
A casual jump of glee in the air turned into a 10 foot leap, placing the youth dangerously close to a thorn-ridden bush. Frightened, he decided to forget this incident as one would to a random snack, and pleaded it wouldn't occur again. Oh, how upset he was when he figured he was absolutely wrong! A light skip transformed into a short flight through the air, and though it lasted a mere second or so, it seemed like forever! The cub was afraid of his unusual behavior as he wished he wouldn't fly so high like the birds, and it was a matter of time when he would soar into the sky ..or at least, it was what he assumed. He felt like he had a connection with the air, a link unwanted, but will eventually be accepted in his future life.

Darn raspberry altered my life!
A gazillion berries, each unique and bright with color, came across his path. Still on the branches, many hidden under leaves, and they looked plain delicious. He snacked on a particular red berry that he confidently thought was a safe raspberry. He was ever-so wrong..
Within the first miniscule bite of the fruit, something strange happened. He felt a tad dizzy, yet thinking it was because of his hunger, he popped the whole berry in his mouth. The feeling had gotten quite worse, to the point where he dropped to the floor with a plunk. A change was occuring ..he was inflating! Seconds further, he was certain he had 'accidently' changed his physical appearance, by an innocent-looking berry!
