~Getting Started!~

Hello members of the GSDGC! First off, I'd like to say thank you for joining our guild, it has been through a lot and has recently been refurnished so to speak. First off, to clear up any confusion, I, Dakknay Sade, am the Great Silver Dragon, which means, you DO NOT HAVE TO BE A DRAGON ^^ You will find that in the profile thread things are set up a certain way, this is a fantasy guild, you are free to be anything you want to be, even if you want to be a plain human. However, if you wish to be a dragon, you will notice that there are two quizes to take to determine which type of dragon you will be. Yes, that's right, you don't simply choose what dragon you wish to be. Now hold up just a sec, you are welcome to take both quizes, you are allowed to combine both results of these quizes if you don't want to be just either or. However, if both quizes give you something completely off, and something you simply hate, then you may talk to me and we will find a compremise! Please read the profile thread carefully, there are specific instructions you will need before you can get started.

There is certain history of the Council, so let me give you a brief history lesson, you are all members of this council, your purpose is to ensure the safety of the Eight Realms, now, long ago there were deities that roamed this world, they protected the realms and the inhabitants, but one day, the deities had turned evil and had to be sealed away before they would surely destroy everything in their path. Many years have passed since then, and slowly, the deities began to awaken, in this guild you are free to go on your own quests and make your own adventures, for now the deities are locked in the realm of gods, and if you wish to challange yourself you may work up to that realm and take on one of the deities, but be warned, it's not an easy task, and you must train hard if you wish to have any chance against the dark deities. Until then, or if you simply have no interest in battling with Gods, you are free to roam the worlds and create your own adventure! I hope you enjoy your stay here, as a member of the Great Silver Dragon's Guardian Council!

I know there is alot to read, but please, there are certain stickies in the main forum that have "[Read]" at the end of their title, you DO need to read them. Here at the GSDGC we want to make sure that you have an enjoyable RP experience, however, to avoid confusion, repetative questions, or just completely getting lost, please read the stickies that have "[Read]" at the end of their title. They are there for a reason, and a lot of time and effort went into the creation of those stickies, they were specifically made for you and contain important information within them. We want to make sure that you can be involved in the story and really be able to get started and enjoy the guild to it's fullest, so please, read the stickies, and thank you! ^^
