First of all; you are supposed to delete the stuff in parenthesis and the parenthesis themselves, but still keep the color coding. Do not change the colors or anything, please. Though Lindsay was born in Scotland, she had only lived there for the first few years of her life. She spent most of her life living in New York City. But she still visited her home country every other summer. Being a neko, something not very accepted in the world by those who are normal, she had a bit of trouble getting through life. She always wore hats to hide her ears, and tried to find ways to hide her tail. She always had problems with dating because of it. But, that never stopped her.
Males seemed to be too rough and gross for the feline, so she began to try dating girls. She liked them more, but her parents didn't like the sudden switch. They tried to stop her, and sometimes she acted as if she were straight, but they would have to learn to accept it. She became interested in fashion because she was surrounded by it every day. But she needed to find things that would fit her "needs". Every now and then people would see signs of her true race, and they would have to move. Somehow, she spent her whole life in NYC. When she heard about her transfer to an all-girls school, she couldn't possibly be more excited.
The female lost her virginity and a young age, to another neko, surprisingly enough. She's gotten quite into it, but only does it with females. She doesn't push her lovers into it too quickly, however.

Flirt. That's the easiest way to explain Lindsay. When she finds a cute girl that she likes, she'll try to make a move. The problem with that is, some girls are straight. That got her in quite a few fights. She's a girly girl, and when it comes to sports, she's the one that screams when she breaks a nail. But when you date her, she'll be more caring, and will stick to one girl, rather than flirting with everyone. She's not the smartest girl when it comes to school. Lindsay's a party animal, and tends to get drunk quite easily. Problem with that is, she usually ends up doing things she regrets, and breaks someone's heart.

Her mother died at a young age, and she lived with her father in an apartment for a long time. Her mother was murdered in a freak accident, which caused her older brother to suddenly up and vanish. Like her mother, she always did the cooking and cleaning, and her father continued to treat her with kindness for several years after the incident. She has a beautiful voice, like her mom, and sings frequently as she works or reads. Her father began to see other women, younger women he picked up off the streets and brought home but only lasted a few days at a time. He soon became a violet acholoholic when she was around ten years old, after losing yet another job. He abused her phsycially and mentally, and even sexually, leading to her strong dislike and mistrust of men. Her older brother sent her a letter, which she keeps locked away in her diary. She continues to write him back, but he never replies, and she is unsure if he even gets the letters. Her plushie was a gift from her mother, and was frequently repaired by her brother. Its horrendous looks come due to the fact that she herself can't sew.
Her father forced her to get a job to pay for food and bills, since all his money goes towards beer. She worked in a nice shop, and found it as a sort of getaway away from her father, who forced her to work to pay for bills. Even now, as she attends Rakki-Sakura, she is forced to work and send him the money, since he can't hold a job.
She began interested in girls only recently, finding their softness and gentleness a constant reminder of her lost mother. She tends to come off as creepy, because she stares and rarely speaks, watching others with an odd curiosity. She often finds it difficult to speak, however, to people she doesn't know. She can't help but to try and talk, usually leading her to become somewhat frantic and clumsy.

Sophia was born in Athens, Greece. After her twin siblings Calypso and Cadvan were born, the family moved to Milan, Italy, to be closer to her mother's family. Sophia began to take harp lessons from her aunt and absolutely loved it. Everything was fine until her father left when Sophia was 8. After that, her mom began to date abusive men who would beat the three Kalares.
They were teased at school for always being together. Sophia soon grew a tough outer shell, but her little brother and sister weren't so lucky. The teasing was often so harsh that Calypso and Cadvan often came home in tears. After Cadvan came home with a black eye, Sophia decided to draw the line. The next day, after watching her brother fall to the ground sobbing in a circle of his sadistic classmates, Sophia stormed over to teach those bullies a lesson. With every step she took, the wind grew increasingly stronger until the bullies were simply blown away from her baby brother. It was then Sophia realized she was an air manipulator.
She wasn’t very surprised. Sophia had always thought that she had a connection with the air and sky beyond other peoples. She always knew when a storm was coming and would climb gigantic trees so she could stare at the sky. Bursting to tell someone, she finally confessed to her aunt that she wasn't human. She was surprised to learn her aunt wasn't either, and that her gift for the harp/lute stemmed from her geneology; her music focused and directed her power. The small knowledge that she wasn't human helped her survive through the next three years of her miserable life. The beatings got worse and worse until, after the man had broken Calypso's arm, Sophia left in the middle of the night. She took a bus across town, rented a miniscule apartment, and got a job as an art assistant.
A year later, her employer (who sympathized with the strong teenager) revealed that he had enrolled Sophia and Calypso in a boarding school. Elated, Sophia dashed home to collect her sister, only to discover that Calypso was in America studying for law school and Cadvan had drowned trying to follow her. After mourning for her little brother, Sophia set off for the school without a backward glance.

She is terrified of freezing to death, so she has at least three extra blankets on her bed. Born in Osaka, Japan, Takako grew up with a pretty average life. She had a loving family and still does. Her skills with music were always cherished. Since her family was somewhat "artsy", she was able to explore every type of art, not matter if it was a trip to an art show, or a play.
When she was old enough, she was allowed to apply for a job at a local bookstore that was owned by a family friend. She enjoyed this very much because she was able to earn money for her family and read during her breaks.
Soon after she had her job, her parents decided that it would be good for her to go to a boarding school. She was at first, very upset about the idea, but soon decided that, if her parents decided it, it was for the best.

She hates to speak up, but will write down anything she feels. When she does speak, she is usually told to speak up because her voice rarely goes above a whisper. People often wonder why she can write what she thinks, but not say it. She uses what she has learned from books to help her in everyday situations to help her keep her cool. Cecilia, like a lesser percentage of people suffering from blindness, was born without her sense of sight. Though this seems to be very important to most people, she's matured as normally as most other girls, though without any sort of chatter about which boy [or girl] is cuter, and certain hairstyles and the like. That known, we might as well start with important things about Cecilia herself.
Her mother had taken schooling to teach both elementary and middle school. She dropped out when her daughter turned five-years-old, at which time Cecilia's father started working more. Ceci [Seh-see] was internally glad for this, because her father was abusive at times, and she wound up with a few scars in places she usually keeps covered up. With that, her mother never found out about this.
So, Cecilia was home-schooled from when she was five, to when she was fourteen. Though it wasn't typical home-schooling. Her mother usually held her classes outside, and helped her to use her other four senses to their strongest capacity, while still teaching her basic math, reading, writing, and other things. Her favorite of all of these were reading, though it was hardest of them all for her mom to teach, saying as how she didn't know how to read braile.
When she was about seven, she met another girl, a year older than herself. She did this by running into the girl on accident, and dropping her walking stick on the other's feet. It was a rather embarassing moment, but it lead to an wonderful friendship. Or, at least, that's how it seemed. It turns out that this girl's name was Claudia, and she was very different from anyone else Ceci had ever meant or talked to. She disliked the light, the sun as well, and didn't talk highly of either Heaven or Hell, unlike the religious Marcellus family. And, to Cecilia, she was entrancing.
It was at the time when Cecilia was thirteen, and Claudia was fourteen, that the two of them grew to like each other as a bit more than friends. But they kept the relationship secret. Ceci knew that her father would be miles from approving a homosexual relationship. And Claudia knew that Cecilia's parent probably wouldn't approve of their daughter being in a relationship with a vampire.
But Cecilia never knew this, until around her fourteenth birthday. And then she started with the questions. How does she feed? When does she feed? Why? Where? Who? Is she really immortal? And so many other things. But then, she went along with something she probably shouldn't have. She asked to be converted into a vampire. And why was this bad? She couldn't die under most circumstances. And she was going to be blind for eternity.
She didn't tell her parents. She just continued acting like the perfect, religious, blind little angel she was. She was sent away to Rakki-Sakura when she was fourteen, saying as her mother wasn't qualified to teach high school. It is her first year at the school. After telling Claudia this, she learned that the other girl was being sent to boarding school as well. So they agreed to try and get into different relatioships rather than stay in the one they had. Sure, it wasn't their ideal deciscion, but it was better than trying a long-distance relationship.

Cecilia is usually a sweet, kind girl, but seems to panic easily. If someone she doesn't know touches her, or makes a very sudden noise, she will back up, despite her blindness, until she's sure she's away from them. This child-like young woman absolutely adores andything that she can get that has a sweet flavor. May it be chocolate, or fruit, or juice, she loves it all. That could be what makes her herself so sweet, hmm?
With her innocence and other such things, she was often called upon as an angel. It seemed, though, that this effected her when she was converted. Rather than having those black, leathery wings one sees in telelvision shows and movies, her wings are lovely, and feathered, like an angels'. Unfortunately, they seem to be a stained grey color, and look a little awkward on her pale, white cloth covered body.
