I personally am from South Eastern Tennessee, USA
a lot of people in the USA think that there is a such thing as hill billys
well there isnt scream stressed for all of you outthere that like to think bad of the southern peeps thinking its all hill billys or nasty people living here
well there isnt and there are people that are like constantly druck that have no oragization skills and are pack rats that you may make fun of but there are very little of those and the law is forcing them to clean up their places to where they can make tennessee look civilized to be able to get a lot of people to quit thinking we are slobs, hillbillys, etc.
