Well folks, I am currently in Singapore, and was walking around a wonderful little place called Sim Lin Square.

Well, I had already been planning on it and I decided to finally buy myself a new camera. *Looks at threads title* xd xd xd

Well, heres the deal. I am going to be shooting the hell out of this sweet 8.2 megapixel camera this week while I am in Singapore for the rest of the week. As soon as I can, I will be posting the photos up for viewing, a sort of visual guide to everyone to how this newest model of Canon works. I will scale them down for Gaia, but if anyone wants a large view of the photos (a.k.a. original) just request it from me. I'll do my best to respond right away.

Second, Congrats Dhavatar on winning the third contest! I'll have to work hard now! xd

Third, whats going on around here? Its as quiet as a Church mouse. We need a photo RP party or something!!!

Finally, I am very happy. For details, you can check out my DA page! smile

Thanks, Kilraq! biggrin

I've heard quite a bit on the 20D, fairly new and quite a bit of power. I'll have to look online and read more about the specs, but that shall be my next camera! ...after my bank account actually has money. sweatdrop

The 300D is a very nice camera, I would recommend it if you're looking at it. There's a few annoyances and limitations, but other than that, it produces wonderful results. My recent picture (the lights) was with that camera.

Well folks, will have the review within... a weeks time. I need to evalute all the photos, as well as test out the duel Raw&JPEG joint setting. But it will be an indepth review!

Congrats on the new purchase. I bought the 10D in Feb, and I'm still a littl regretful for not waiting, but oh well, my 10D still produces awsome photos.

I recently made a 20x24" print from a 10D file, and boy, that thing turned out awsome. Imagine what you could do with a 8.2MP file.
