{ Intro }
Okay, this roleplay is a little different from the roleplays that let you make a character then toss you out to meet other characters. Well, okay, so I will toss you out there to meet other characters… but I’ll do it in style and give you a lead to go on, hinting the roleplay story itself.

{ Setting }
This world is called Flagaia. It is a crowded, western-based type of world with nothing but ocean and dessert. Small towns and large cities both reside among Flagaia holding many people within its walls.
As wonderfully boring as Flagaia sounds, I’ll have you know that it is also overrun with monsters. No, not Orcish people or Cyclops’. Real monsters. The kind that eat you for lunch. Huge worm-like creatures burying under the desert not only make it dangerous by attacks alone, but by simply walking or driving though the dessert. As the worms burry under the sandy dessert and people walk over that same marking point, many cave-ins occur, resulting in being buried alive or suffocation; a truly devastating death. Sadly, that is only one example of what torment these monsters bring to Flagaia. And that is why so many people need heroes, or as we like to call here in Flagaia, Bounty Hunters.
Bounty Hunters are pretty much another term for Missionaries. As the populace of Flagaia reports thousands of monster sightings and destruction daily, Bounty Hunters make an alluring living despite the danger they face. It’s a gamble for all or nothing in the Hunter’s job. Complete the mission or die… and many have done just that. For that reason alone, recently Bounty Hunters have been teaming up into groups. Some groups have been known to go to a gang of twelve people and others only a couple of two.
The roleplay revolves around these Bounty Hunters, but that doesn’t mean you have to be one. Choose your own path around this monster-infested world of Flagaia. And have fun trying to stay alive!

{ Monster History }
Yeah… I’m making these monsters up as I go, so feel free to add in a monster at any time just as long as it’s not a mystical fantasy Cyclops or something. I’ll record it here with our monster history recordings.

Land/Desert Monsters:
Tunnel Worms: Vary in sizes from as big as a business building to a large ship similar to Titanic. They burry underground in the desert sand, making it very dangerous for people passing by with over a thousand cave-ins from these tunnels a year. They can grow as long as a double-load train and hold no eyes, but a large mouth with many layers of sharp teeth in the front, sucking up anything in its path desired. They are also known for causing many train wrecks passing through the dessert, for they seem to have developed a sweet tooth for coal. Even if it isn’t a coal train, the Worms will most likely mistake it for one and tip it anyways.

Drags: Short for Dragons. No, not fire breathing dragons… these are different dragons with a posture similar to a large prehistoric bird. They barely have any feathers on their body, but still manage to stay in the sky. The lack of feathers makes them a naturally ugly-looking kind of bird and easy to pick out in the sky. They come in large sizes, in different colors of red, white, and black, and have long, narrow beaks. They normally soar through the desert and pick up anything they can scavenge for food… both dead or alive creatures. Just recently have the Drags been nesting closer to towns, for they have found a likening to small children as they are small and normally don’t put up much of a fight, unlike knowledgeable adults.

Water/Ocean Monsters:
Hoary Fish: Hoary is a grayish white color only found on a certain type of extremely deadly fish. Much like what you and I would see as a piranha, Hoary Fish have the same sharp layers of teeth as Tunnel Worms in the desert and a posture of a normally flat, smooth fish, only much larger in size. Ship attacks are common among these fish, though if you happen to kill the fish instead, it would be big enough to supply a whole crew for about a week (have the fish be preserved and not spoil).

Poseers: Similar to leeches, Poseers attack in groups. They will normally attack ships as Hoary Fish do and feed off of sucking blood from anything that lives, humans and animals alike. What is different about these monsters is that they are smaller then the rest of the monsters (the size of a leech), yet have a bigger since of logic. They will normally only attack at night, for they know that’s when people sleep. They have also been known to attack seaside houses on the shore. They can go no further, for they cannot live without salt water for a maximum of twelve hours.

Appearance: Picture or detailed description. No reference to an avatar.
Personality: At least one paragraph.
Background: Your past that leads up till now, the beginning of the roleplay. If you do not want a background, put “Unknown.”, “Doesn’t like to talk about it.”, “Doesn’t remember past age blah”, or something. Don’t put “None.”… for we all have a past.

= = = =

Gaian Player: Gree
Name: Accel
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Appearance: A little short for his age and all around immature at that, Accel normally wears a sleeveless white T-shirt, blue jeans, and heavy brown boots. He also wears a brown, raggy cover up that hangs loosely over top of his normal clothing with holes and scratches peeking through everywhere from previous missions of his job. He usually wears his cover-up either in a sand storm or at night. Has short messy brown hair that he seemingly never brushes and brown eyes that match his hair and clothes.
Personality: Lazy, persistent, and easily provoked, Accel is your typical teenage boy trying to fit into a grown up world. Food and sleep seem to be the only important things on his mind, though he will complete his work of Bounty Hunting for other reasons as well. As a small boy would, Accel has no interest in women and if he did, would deny it in a blush anyway. His hormonal level seems to be below his age level in most eyes…
Accel is also much as a loaner, seeing he completes his missions for his own bidding and for no won else. He can be greedy and selfish, but seems to be holding another side to him as well… a rather comical side.
Background: Accel doesn’t remember his parents or any family members at all; only the orphanage he was placed in at birth, resulting in him not knowing his last name. Surprisingly, he prefers things this way, not even trying to find any trace of his family. Quickly rebelling from the orphanage at the young age of 15, Accel decided to try his luck at Bounty Hunting. Finding out his first mission was a bit on-edge in the danger zone, the reward was still worth the risk. Playing the all or nothing bet with his life, Accel has remained in the Bounty Hunting business to this day. His ways of completing his missions astound some to the point of calling him either an idol or an idiot.
Profession: Bounty Hunter
Weapon(s):One small pistol – His most cherished item.
Group Members: Flying solo at the moment. Has yet to experience a grouping membership with anyone.

Gaian Payer: Water Rouge
Name: Matthew Mobbius
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Appearance: Mature looking for his age, with brown hair and blue eyes. Usually wears a blue shirt and cargo pants. He also wears jeans and shorts too, but not as frequently.
Personality: Is cheerful for the most part. He tends to get sad faster and more intensely then other people too. He also likes to use his intelligence moreover his physical strength.
Background: Matthew knows his past all too well and doesn't mind sharing it, if pushed. What he can mention though, is that it involves why you never see him calling a place home.
Profession: Bounty Hunter
Weapon(s): An axe that through great technology, can become a lance as well.
Group Members: Is looking for at least a partner because he doesn't like to be alone that much.

The train itself made much noise going down the track, but the people inside were all too quiet. Sitting with his back against the wall in the cargo hold of a coal train, Accel and a few others hitchhikers gathered together for their free journey to the small town of Little Twister.
The town had rumors about it that the Tunnel Worms that were near were surrounding at a fast pace... faster then usual. Looking around suspiciously at all the passengers in the cargo hold, Accel noticed that the train was moving at a slower pace then it normally would... that meant that there were more people on board.
"Everyone else must have heard the rumors too..." Accel sighed in his thoughts. "That old hag must have sold out the info to anyone that had the cash." He looked around the cargo hold some more. "I wonder how many bounty hunters are aboard. Such competition I'll have for this mission..."
