OLD SCHOOL! but i do appreciate some of the new school. Too much sub genres being exploited now a days. Southern Crunk, Bay Area's Hyphy............................ so what style is next to get raped by radio n media?

old skool by a long shot
Mainstream contemporary rap is nothing but ghetto pop.
Today's ndergroud hip-hop is still music. They kept the turntables, and the emcees can actually spit meaningful rhymes while keeping constant flow..

Old school? ******** outta here. Don't get it twisted, I still respect them grandpa hip hop songs. But I feel that rappers that are lyrically talented now are much better than lyrically talented rappers then.
