Oggies back agian. Same old same old. But now he ISNT made of bugs. Nah, Oggie's made of bugs. He's the main villain, so he's going to come back quiet a few times!
He's back to his evil schemes, but he's a bit more dastardly, he's out to control all holidays, and this time he has a few more henchman than just Lock, Shock, and Barrel!

Bio: He was born on a desert asteroid, somewhere around the world of Green Hill, (Sonic's world) His arms were disembodied, as well as his parents' assassination around his second birthday. His arms were finally replaced after his body stopped growing around a decade later. Afterward, Sonic was asked to keep an eye on him. Romega's cousin, Tails, now had a playmate. He was then attracting Heartless, (See Kingdom Hearts) Because he owned the keyblade. (Also see KH.) so he had to leave. The first world he found full of misfits, Halloweentown. In another website, he's lived there for over a year. He's technically my birthday present to me, as after my birthday, (The day of creation was two days later) I gave him an upgrade. He's later traveled to as many other worlds as still exist because of the heartless. His signature weapons are his metal arms which can become anything from a cannon, to a Gameboy, lol. And his keyblade, which can transform into different shapes.
