I'd tell you the truth if I knew it
I might be telling a lie
I might be making it up
Dreams and reality blurr and blend
I can't tell what really happened
and what is only in my head
I want to sleep now
for sleeping doesn't hurt
Yes, that's what I'll do
Sleep. Dream. Forget.
That is the truth.
A poem I wrote today. I might use it in a story or write more and turn it into a song.
