You're not only walking into a shop. You're walking into a Mythological Adventure!
Here are a few simple rules that Minyain and I feel are needed for you to have a great time here! Failure to comply with these rules will lead to disciplinary actions.
+ Do not steal any of the art, banners, or pets that are being auctioned, or sold, that do not belong to you. You're robbing someone else of a great friend, and you will be blacklisted.
+ Be respectful towards others, please leave any drama pertaining to Gaia to PMs!
+ Do not beg for any creatures being sold here. Do not beg at all. Minyain and Fallen do not donate anything to those who are undeserving (beggers)
+ Please follow the Rules set forth by GaiaOnline at all time, Minyain and Fallen will not hesitate any misconduct occuring in this, or any other thread pertaining to the On Wings Of Myths shop.
+ Please read the entre first two page before asking any questions, it will be helpful and there's a 95% chance that you're question is answered somewhere on the first/second page :3
+ If your question is still not answered, please PM the shop mule, or post in the thread, your question will be answered as soon as possible.
+ Do not whine/complain about your creatures not growing, or not growing fast enough to your liking. Minyain and Fallen do have lives outside of GaiaOnline, and we will get to them ASAP :3
+ Payments are due immediately. If you do not have the amount needed to sucessfully pay the One Wings Of Myths mule within 24 hours, you have lost your chance at the creature. If it was auctioned, the creature, after 24 hours, will go to the second highest bidder. If trade is not sent within 24 hours of a Flat Sale, the creature will be one again put up for sale.
+ Do not piss of any of the staff, at any time. We work hard to bring you these creatures and lots of fun, do not ruin this by arguing with us. Ultimately, if you argue with us, we will feel less motivated to work on the shop.
+ Co-owning may only occur for a creature during an Auction or Custom only! Flat Sales may not be co-owned. Sorry.
+ RP is not required, but those who do RP in the thread (Or Guild once it's up) Will recieve great perks. It would be in your best interest to RP.
+ We Reserve the Right to add / edit rules as we see fit.
+ Be Respectful of all RP's//Journals in which the thread creator wishes to keep posting rights solely to themselves. If you wish to post with that user, please PM them and wait for them to grant you that possibility.
+ Fallen, Minyain, and Aphismet reserve the right to blacklist/ban from the thread, revoke your Mythological creatures, and refuse refund at any time! The aforementioned will only occur, if a rule is broken. You may take the non-refundable issue up with a moderator, however, we are warning you now, that these are non-refundable. We also reserve the right to revoke your Mythological Creatures, and gift to others more deserving if you're blacklisted/banned from the thread. Refunds will only be given out, in the event that On Wings Of Myths closes, and your Mythological Creature has not reached it's final stage.
