I Have had Ruby Version for a year and i cant find a Febass to evolve into a Milotic or Is febass not in my game. I Dont Know?

You know the Route where the Weather Institute is? With the tall grass, Linoone, Tropius and Oddish?
Feebas appears randomly is 5-6 squares of water.
Randomly. Decided. Squares.
You have to fish in every square til you find one. It can take between 5 minutes to a week, depending on how long you play.

Finding mine took forever. Once you get one, Fish the spot and horde them. It's best to have atleast one male+female, especially since there is no ditto in Ruby.

Actually you'll be fine with only catchin one...so long as you can trade to get a ditto from FR/LG.....

Rocketboss Actually you'll be fine with only catchin one...so long as you can trade to get a ditto from FR/LG..... Once you have the spot, theres no reason you can't pick up another. They aren't exactly hard to catch. You can also get Ditto from Emerald. It's more common too.

Yeah, i know...i cought like five anyway....just cuz i didn't want to have completely wasted my time...but it was worth it...i now have all four trainer card stars..Contests, Elite 4, Pokedex, and something else....

I think 100 wins at Battle Tower is the 4th. Or, all Frontier Symbols. Something like that.

You don't have emerald? You should pick it up, even if used. It's worth it for the battle frontier.

u can find him on route 119 ... to evolve him go to the berry masters house and talk to the berry master wife, tell her challenge contest she'll give u a pamtre berry put it in loamy soil water it every day until u grow 2 then plant them and grow more keep growing more until u have about 12 blend ten of them in any city and feed them to a feebas with a modest, mild, rash, or quiet nature then get it up one level

It took me... about 2 hours to find mine, and i searched about 20 squares. just start in a corner, and fish EVERY SINGLE SQUARE about 5 times. Use an Old Rod.
Also, the square is the square the rod is in, not you.

you can tell where the feebas is based on the popualr sayings in Dewford
but lol they dont tell you anything >D

It's still random. Two people with the same sayings have different Feebas locations.
