Skie had gone a long way before stopping dead. Ahead of him was one of the most largest ones he had seen thus far. And upon this rock was a large building. As he got closer the more beautiful the building became, it shined like its walls were made of pure white marble and the outlines of gold. As he came closer he also noted that this place was all in one piece, there wasn't even a single crack on it. He landed on the giant floating island and stood before the door. He was still gawking at it when a deep feminine voice said. "Come In." Skie was unsure but he entered anyway and inside there were millions upon millions of books. There were more books here then, he thought, could ever be on Dranen. Then at the very end of the building there was another room and he came inside to find a woman dressed in a lavender and white dress. She had long black curly hair, and when she had looked up from writing in a book, had deep green eyes. She stood up and came round to greet her guest. "Welcome to the great Library of Selt. I am the goddess Sage. I keep records of what happen to this world, whether it be whole or broken." She eyed him, "And the library on Selt was destroyed, but I had taken all the books from it with me and when the evil who destroyed Selt had gone I returned and with my remaining power built a new greater one." Skie had stopped gawking. "But why hadn't you gone with the other gods that had fled this world?" She looked at him, "Is that what they told you?" When he nodded she continued, "Only part of that is true. But not all the gods had left. You see some had remained behind, though impossible to recreate the world it is they remain. I keep the books for passerby's and for those who were able to leave Selt before its destruction." He was a bit puzzled now. "Some of the planets residents were able to leave?" She nodded, "There were many that did not want to leave their home even if it meant their lives. But some had asked that the gods take them from this world so that they could start anew. Though they did not want to do so and leave their world, but it was destined for destruction and tried as they had could not stop it. We did not have to think about it long and agreed. We took what citizens there were and took them to other planets. Some of them went to Dranen, like the girl and the blue dragon that travels with you now, and some to other worlds that were also peaceful." He had to think about what she had said. "Wait the girl and dragon." He thought some more and the only blue dragon he could think of was Aiko and the girl with her Ferret. "You mean Ferret and Aiko were members of this world?" Again she nodded, then began to walk out of the room, and motioned for Skie to follow. Then they came into the large library. "Yes, in fact they were not just citizens or common folk." She took out a book and flipped through it, then when she reached the page she was looking for set the book down on a table and motioned for Skie to look within it. "Read this." Skie came forward and looked into the book, instead of words there were pictures, moving pictures. And they showed a world where everything was peaceful and beatuiful.......

Lush green grass and large trees grew within the deep forest and plains. Children laughed and played while their parents worked hard on their farms plowing, milking, and selling what ever to make a living. This seemed like the perfect world for one to live on. The lakes, streams, rivers, oceans were like thousands of crystals shinning in the bright yellow sun. And the forests like a giant sea of green if one was looking down upon it from the beautifully made mountains. Then in the distance and coming closer there was a kingdom. Then it showed two people dressed as royalty, the queen holding a little girl with blond hair in a blue dress. The queen herself wore a pinkish-purple gown and her crown made of silver with gems engraved in it. The king wore a dark blue garb. And in his hands he held a light blue egg. It was a dragons egg. The little girl was looking at it very much excited and she was set on the ground. Then the egg was set on the ground and it began to crack. The little girl thought her father put the egg down to hard and looked up at him to find him smiling. Then looked back down at the egg to find two big blue eyes looking at her. At first she was terrified until, it seems, something was said to her as a little blue dragons head popped out of the egg, then the rest of it followed. When finally free of the egg the baby dragon was the same size as the little girl. The little girl came and hugged her dragon and the king and queen smiling at their daughter. Then suddenly a rumbling began and shook the family to the ground, the girl hanging on to the dragon for safety. Then everything faded and it showed a girl in her teens and her dragon. They looked like they were getting ready to go to battle. Then the image fuzzed again and the images disappeared.

Skie looked back at the goddess who came up and took the book and put it back. "This was a beautiful world indeed. But when the girl...er Ferret met Aiko what were those rumblings?" Sadness showed in her eyes now. "It was the beginnings of the evil coming to that planet. We the gods had nothing to do about it and it came up on us from out of nowhere. A few years later the girls parents had died in battle with the evil and left her and her brothers in charge. Her youngest brother died fighting, and that was when we had agreed upon taking them. Ferret didn't leave til everyone else was off the planet, or everyone that willingly left anyway." Skie paused in thought then looked over at the goddess, "Does she know that you are here?"

They arrived back in the Selt library all three of them fast asleep. Terra and Sage took Fargon with them and Terra told what Skie, Ferret, and Aiko had found out. And that Skie's memory had returned. Some understanding came to her and she looked at Terra, "We must tell the Gods of Dranen, and of other worlds." She looked over at Fargon, "I am going to send you back to Dranen to tell the gods what you have heard here. And they will ask of you some other things. Do you agree to the mission?"

Skie opened an eye, he didn't remember ever falling asleep. But his eyes focused and he calmly looked about him. They were in Sages library. Terra must have brought them back. But where was Sage? He looked around and found Ferret and Aiko sleeping snugly together. He silently stood up and went to the door and looked out, he heard and saw the goddess' and Fargon talking together and came up with a solution. Quietly, "Farwell Fargon."

After Fargon had left them Skie approached the goddess', "So what do we do?" Sage turned to him. "You and Ferret will follow after the dark goddess and her.....Minions I suppose we could call them for now. I want you to learn these....Minions' names and report to a god." "How...where will we know to find a god?" "They may join you, though perhaps as a traveler. One of such is about to meet with your friends soon. Though they will not know this. But you will know once you meet them. But for now you will all rest and eat. Then I will refresh your provisions and send you on your way." Skie only nodded in understanding then went back into the library to the place where he was previously sleeping, curled up, then went back to sleep.

After he had eaten he felt as if he had rested for ages and he was very full. Now all there was to do was to wait for Ferret and Aiko to wake up and eat and then they could leave.

Skie came out and picked up his pack and strapped it on. Then he helped Ferret and Aiko to get theirs on.
