i raced a viper once...i was hanging with him till he hit 6th gear then he pulled away slowly. i got a video of a cavilier outrunning a trans am that is moddified.

I personally dont like Vipers. Im an import guy, so if I was gonna buy a car that nice, Id pay for an NSX blaugh

my friends wifes brother has a white nsx. it has about 20000 dollars in tuning into it too. he let me drive it once. i thought it was tiny and that the exhaust sounded weird..but other that that it was a blast to drive...unlike other imports i have driven...but these also carry a heafty price tag. i got my car for 3 grand and have about 3-4 grand into the motor and trans and another 2.5 going into the 6 speed conversion as i type. i will be putting about 400-450 hp to the wheels when done with this swap and installing a set of 4:10 gears so hopefully i will be able to go a bit quicker. plus 6th gear has a .5 ratio so i can still get decent gas mileage or amaizing top end and that all depends on how heavy my foot gets sweatdrop

Yeah I don't like vipers eaither. If I was going to spend that kinda money I'd make a sleeper. I'd prob. get another 79 Cordoba but put some big a** moter in it like a 440 magnum or a 426 Street Hemi but put a quiet set of pipe's on it. So No one will know it's got a big moter in it.
