I have decided that people should create their own character forms when creating an RP. If you are interested in creating an RP, but aren't very good at designing forms, here are some things you might want to include in your form (or if you're lazy, you could just use this form xp ):

Username: What is your username?
Topic: What topic is your character going to be in?
Character Name: What is your character's name?
Character Apperance: What color are your character's eyes? What color is their hair? How much do they weigh? How old do they look? Ect.
Character Race: Are they human, are they part cat (neko), part dog, part angel, ect.
Character Age: How old are they?
Character Sex: Are they a boy or a girl (or are transvestite...?)
Character's Sexual Orientation: Are they Straight, Gay, Bi, Lesbian, or do they refrain from sexuality all together?
Character Background: What has happened to the character in the past?

Like I said, now the form is entirely up to the creator of the RP, so if you don't like the above shown form, then don't use it. But if you like it but it doesn't quite cover everything that is needed for your RP's category, then copy and paste it and feel free to tac on the needed areas of information.
