Prolog:

Aden sat next to Elder Vampire Aeris. The bodyguards for Aeris were some of the best esscorts in the coven, hand-picked by Aden himself. Aden ran his hand throught his brown hair, his equally mahogony brown eyes were alert. Aeris was the reason for this trip, she had een psuhing for a treaty between Lycans and Vampires, for some time now and he was finally getting her chance to speak with a Lycan Elder. "Aden," Aeris spoke breaking the long silence, "are you sure that the Lycans will be willing to ollow along with the treaty?" she asked turning her yellow eyes towards Aden. Aden smirked as all eyes turned to him, "As long as they agree to the terms set by both sides, then yes, I think it might my Lady." he said crossing his arms and closing his eyes. As the car pulled to a stop, the other vampires opened the doors and stepped out, standing on either side of the open dor. Aden stepped out, his black over coat whipping about his thin yet powerful legs. Aeris was dressed almost the same way, only her coat was blood red. After shutting the door and signaling the driver to move on, the group made their way to a seemingly decreped building that would serve as the meeting place. People who stared or wispered to others behind their hands were quicky silenced by Aden's fierce glare or his fangs, which ever he showed them. Aden looked past the tall, looming skyscrapers at the heavy, dark clouded sky, to Aden this meant that a storm was coming, and it wasn't too far away.
