Alright... I'm making a program using Macromedia/Adobe Flash, (Flash MX 2004) and I'm having trouble finding out how to do something.
Keep in mind, I'm pretty new to Flash, and even newer to ActionScript. I don't know a lot, but I'm learning.
What I'm doing:
I'm creating a Flash slideshow program that displays pictures of my artwork.
What I want to do, but don't know how:
I want the user viewing the slideshow to be able to zoom into the pictures to view them up close. Like, they see the slide as normal, but can click on any point of the picture to zoom into that part of it. Make sense?
Imagine the picture in a border.
When people zoom in on the picture, it doesn't change the size of the border -- people are still viewing the picture, just a close-up section of it.
That, and I want them to be able to zoom in multiple times -- like to 200% the first click, then 400% the second click, so on.
Here is a good example of what I'm trying to make, although I think this specific example may too advanced for me...
Think anyone can help me out? sweatdrop
