It's the beginning of August. Schools are starting back, and summer is rapidly drawing to a close. So I ask the members of this fine guild: What did you accomplish that rocked all house?
I went to Disneyworld, and had a blast meeting the characters and riding the roller coasters. I played and beat innumerable video games (most of them bearing "Sonic" in the title) and improved my skill in a multitude of fighters. I completed the last of my core classes, held a job, lost a job, and even started drawing again. I also became involved in the sport of Parkour.
What'd YOU lot do that was so cool?

*has school because she's on a trimestral schedule*
Oh, the irony...everything's winding down to finals right now for me. xd And one of my teachers is being a BEEYOTCH to the infinite power. After this term, I have about two weeks of break. But for now, I have a teacher to murder projects to kill.

My summer was alright. I'm spent it being jobless and annoyed with my university because I don't know if I've been readmitted yet. But on the upside, I became romantically involved with someone. 4laugh

What summer? After one week of break, I took a summer Chemistry course. I get a week to finish AP and Honor assignments, then it's band camp until the academic season returns.

Pros
+ Finally got out of the god awful relationship I was in and now enjoying some peace and quiet.
+ Got my license. (been meaning to do that for a while now)
+ Enjoyed my summer job (teaching basic HTML) and found out I got a pay raise for this year.
+ Finally getting the lens I've been eyeing for the longest time.
+ Got in contact with old friends.
Cons
- Car is breaking down regularly.
- Lost some of my financial aid.
- Next semester might be too much and I might have to stop helping The Advocate with their prodcution nights.
That's all I can think about honestly. sweatdrop

My summer ended by taking a giant dump on me. I forgot almost all my clothes at home. I'm out of underwear that fits already (gonna do me some laundry tomorrow), but I have plenty of socks, pants, and shirts to last me through Friday. I'm gonna go home this weekend and retrieve everything I misplaced or forgot. stressed
My computer, after one day of being connected to the school's network, absolutely up and died on me. It had a problem at the beginning of summer when I hooked it up, where it would have an error, then a while later it'd count down a minute and reboot. Well, there was half an hour or so until it would have an error, so I had plenty of time to find some solutions and fix it. Now it counts the minute down before I've even started. I can boot it into safe mode alright, but nothing's fixing it. I sent it to the school's ITS department this morning. Hopefully they'll have it back to me by the end of the week, otherwise I'll be posting from my roommates' computers or the public labs (which are constantly full).

I... like, honestly did nothing all summer. D: Sorta. u_u I've been drawing a lot, and I'm finally getting an RP fix I've been wanting for forever. xD;
