~The High Council~ The High council is a group of people representing a race. We will have two at the maximum from each race. People will be selected to join, you can't apply for it. It is an Honor to be picked to be on the high council. The council will work on Ideas, problems, Improving things. We have a subforum in the guild where the high council will meet. No member that isn't on the high council is allowed in the council room at all. I made you all other subforums. It won't kill you to not be allowed in one.

Topics Things that need to be delt with. Such as problems, the council will come up with ideas to fix them and we will have a vote on it. This council will help strengthen our bond between clans and all togeather strengthen our clans against the mortals and slayers.
First Topic:
Making a mega manor in a way. Four manors band togeather to make on large one.
Yes or No?
Second Topic:
What can we do to stop attacks on Royals? How can we keep our manors safer? Is there a way or will we have to keep running and hiding for safety?
Third Topic:
If a clan is destroied, which running up clan will the members evacuate to? This is a major topic and it needs to be brought up next meeting.
Fourth Topic:
Creating a subform for each Clan to have. It is their buisness to do with their subform what they want. 1.5k will have to be donated to the guild for each clan so the subform can be made.
