Ajani let out a calm sigh, nuzzling his mate for a moment, before glancing down at the newborn cubs with a pur. His lavender eyes where calm and happiness showed in them. He slowly layed down in the still grass under the thick trees, glancing over to the lake for a moment, before turning his attention to the small male cub between his paws-- Which he had been caring for, quite a bit when he was first born. He then glanced away, turning his gaze to the little female cub, which, resembled Ajani the most. He nuzzled her, staying very quiet oddly as he nosed the female with a pur, before turning his gaze once again to Anya.

Anya never too her eyes off of her children. Her son came to her as a scare. He was so small and fragile, and yet..he wanted to live. As long as he was with his father, she knew he was safe. The ligeress looked over at her daughter and smiled. "They're beautiful, Aja. They look so much like you..." She licked Iniko's brow then Kosai's. Anya looked up at her mate and smiled licking his cheek resting her nose against his maw, her eyes half closed. The female couldn't be any happier than she was now.

"Rest, Anya.... you need it..." he murmured into her ear, turning back to the cubs, nuzzling the boy lightly. He was so much smaller than his sister, so delicate. A Premature cub... Ajani was just happy the cub was safe, and still alive. He then turned to the female, whom had rolled onto her back, and couldn't figure out how to get back onto her belly. Ajani chuckled at the girl, using his paw to lightly tilt her back onto her paws. "Iniko..." he murmured, a light laugh hiding in his tone.

Anya smiled then shook her head. "No, I'll be fine, Ajani." She looked over at her daughter and licked her gently hearing a growl of a reply. Anya chuckled then lovingly nuzzled her son. She could hear his heart beat softly as the male rested between his father's paws. Her eyes were filled with love at their son as she sighed contently. "Aja...I love them both dearly..." She nuzzled them both not being able to help but shed a tear. "I can't believe how lucky I am..."
