Owners and gaurdians of Ruesaiah aren't ones who visit the impressive building and speak with the owners of Ruesaiah and then tentivly buy a crystal. Oh no, they are much different then other owners of the breedables market in Gaia. The lucky new owner may awake one day to find this waiting in their mail. It may read male, or it may read female, and it will always have a date and time carefully written on the back in a tidy formal letters.
Sometimes when an owner comes to an apointment a professional but friendly young fairy neko will great them. The neko goes by Flame, and is friendly, personal but very, very distent. Sometimes an owner will meet with a blue haired, blue eyed woman who calls herself Sora Icefreeze, and runs Ruesaiah with a very werid grip. No one walks away from a meeting with Sora thinking her friendly, personal and distent, and some just don't walk away.
But those who do manage to escape the building will find themselves in care of a new Ruesaiah, and will have a great task in front of them. Giving a second chance to an old life, restoring life that should of never ended and now just raising a child. Some will have help, some wont, some will know what they're doing, some wont, but all were chosen for a reason. What ever reason that may be only Sora really knows.
If owners have questions they go to Flame, she after all tends to answer them. If they are confused, or need help, or clarification Flame is who they go to. No one can summon Sora, not even her partner Flame. Sora summons you. An owner may be confused when he finally leaves the door again, maybe more confused then when he walked in but no owner is alone, and other owners wait, willing to talk and support.
So welcome new owner, your interview is waiting, your apointment is soon. You will find yourself directed to where you need to go, and good luck on your journey.
You'll need it.

Lena approached the gilded double doors with some trepidation and wondered for the who-knows-how-many times what had convinced her to accept the invitation to an appointment. Then she remembered the story Sera had told her...and her dream. Keeping both memories in mind, she steeled her resolve and walked up to the doors with the intention of pulling them open if it came to that.

Flame sat at her desk, putting in the information required for the new owners to recive their crystals. First name first, Lena, pretty name the neko woman mused as she taped the computer keys. She glanced over to where the crystals were being kept and then to the door as it opened.
She rose from her desk, all smiles, professional ones of course. "Hello Ma'am" she said, walking over to the woman, "How are you today? What brings you to the Ruesaiah building?"

Lena looked up, startled at the sound of a young woman's voice. SHe hadn't expected to run into anyone so soon. Looking around, she spotted a desk and the owner of the voice. The first thing that struck Lena about the young woman was her very red hair. The next thing was how friendly she seemed.
"She seems like the kind of person who I could probably enjoy coffee and cake with. Either that or discuss methods of keeping moody teenagers, who are prone to flying away for hours at a time, happy" thought Lena.
Rubbing her arms nervously, Lena replied "Um...hi. My name's Lena. About a week ago I received a letter from this place saying that I was eligible to possibly become a guardian for a...um...Rhuesaian? Well...um...I accepted the invitation for the appointment and well, here I am. If you could tell me where I need to go and what I need to do, that would be great."

Ah the first gaurdian, Flame mused, then she gave a warm smile. She looked over her and aproved. She looked nice Flame decided and something in that woman's eye told Flame she decied to like her whih was only good as Flame liked to be liked, most of the time and since she was the most friendly and sane at this building she better be liked. Rhe was friendly but...she took getting use to.
"Well first off I'd like to apologize that Sora is out of town at this time and is unable to keep the apointment herself. Rhu is off disovering something and well I can't get him out ofhis room and frankly I lost Rhe" she said with an embaresed sort of shrug.
"So I'll be running your appointment" Flame told her with a smile. "So if you'll just come with me to my desk" she said leading her over to sit behind her desk and pushed up her glasses to peer at the screan. "So you're Lena right?"she typed the name in, "And your apointment was for?"

Lena gave the young woman a sympathetic smile. She knew what it was like to lose track of everyone, and she's not always what you'd consider the as the sane/responsible member of her 'family' either.
It was as she was pulling out a chair in front of the table that Lena suddenly remembered two very important things. The first was that she still didn't know the woman's name. A quick glance at the name tag told her that she was (very aptly) called 'Flame'. The second thing was probably more pressing. Lena picked up the chair and carried it a little way from the table (though hopefully it wasn't so far that Flame would take offence), sat down and gave the woman an embarresed smile.
"I'm sorry about this. You see...um...how do I explain this? A while ago my adopted daughter daughter and son carried out another of their weird experiments that no sane person would ever touch or go near. Unfortunatly for me, my sanity was having a day off and well, before I knew it, something happened and now whenever I go near electronic stuff, they sometimes go nuts. It's slowly wearing off but still, I wouldn't want to take any chances with your equipment. Anyway, my appointment was for...could you give me a minute please?"
Lena quickly opened her shoulder bag, took out the letter and very quickly scanned it.
"Er yes, my appointment is for the possible guardianship of a female Ruesaian I believe."

Flame caught that smile and her's grew all the more sheepish. No one really understood how hard Rhe was too keep track of, expect Sora who as far as Flame knew gave up on it. Rhe would run off chasing a butterfly and return with it in her hands days later showing it off till she finally let it go.
She watched as she pulled away from the desk then laughed as she explained what happened. Oh she understood, in a world like gaia kids could try anything and somehow parents found their way to being part of it. God she loved it. She couldn't wait untill that sword in her room was a wonderful baby again. She just wanted to love something that really loved her back again.
Flame sat, her tail moving to slink between the wood of the chair as she brought up a female account information.
"Okay, Lena, I have two questions for you" she started, "They're multiple choice. First off, what is your greatest fear?" Flame asked, "To loose yourself, to not exsit, to be alone or to be found?"
"Also, what is the purpose of life?" Flame continued after she got the first awnser, "Intsene Passion ,Boundless Freedom, Unpredictable Opportunities, or Unyielding resolve"

Feeling a little more at ease, Lena mentally chewed on the first question for a while.
"Well, I'd have to say that for the first question, my greatest fear would to be alone. I mean, as long as you're with people and they get to know you, then if something happens then they'd still remember you at least whereas if you were alone, you would really, cease to exist as soon as you die right?"
Lena sat quietly and thought (which in itself is soemtimes a rare feat) about the second question. Her mind turned the four choices given over and over until her head ached. Reaching into her bag for the bottle of water she knew was there, she suddenly saw her answer with crystal clarity.
"For your second question, I would have to choose 'boundless freedom'. I belive that yes, all the other options are very important for life as well but sometimes, if we don't have the freedom to go through with what we want to do and achieve, then it would be so easy to let ourselves become so entrenched in the ways that society tells us we should act and want, that we run the risk of losing the memory of what the open sky, sea and horizon looks like. I mean, just because you have freedom doesn't neccesarily mean you're going to turn criminal!"
Lena checked herself at that point. She'd gotten too carried away again. Azarae and the others were always telling her that she sometimes got either too passionate or weird for her own good (not to mention the sanity of the others around her). Sheepishly, she looked Flame with a nervous smile.

Flame just gave the woman a warm smile as she typed in all the information. Name, question awnsers, gender. She watched as a picture and name drew up. She read over the old name but knew life must began aknew. Old names with old ties, no the Ruesaians need a new name.
"Wonderful" Flame murrmered as she looked over the new information she typed. "Okay, just one more question Lena and you will have your Ruesaian, what do you want to call her?" Flame asked, "And I should let you know, you have a happy water" she told the woman. "You see each Ruesaian has an emtion and element, yours are happiness and water"

A happy water huh? Lena mused over the possible names for the child. Eliseth? Nah, too 'airy'. Ara? Nope, reminds her too much of Arab which would make it better for a fire or earth element. She would need a name that sounded more...flowing. Like a gurgling stream, letting the water sing over stones, the sound providing so many with peace and relaxation...
"Do you think, 'Senae' will be ok for her name? Will she like it do you think?" Lena asked Flame anxiously.

"I think it's a wonderful name" Flame asured her as she typed it in carefully. Flame hoped there was no werid spelling with that name and smiled at all the information. She hoped she did this all right, she wanted to prove to Sora she could handle the shop by herself for a few days.
Flame typed a few more things and then rose, she walked to a far away wall and pushed a botton to revel a safe. She pushed in a code that she blocked with her body even though Lena couldn't see it anyway. Just saftey reason. She pulled out a crystal and then turned.
"Senae" Flame persented, handing her the crystal.

Lena took the crystal with both hands and stared at it. It seemed to 'glow', almost as if there was a spark of light inside it, almost as if soemthing, or someone was waiting for the right conditions to emerge.
Getting up to leave, Lena suddenly remembered her manners. She turned around and smiled at Flame.
"I'll take good care of her, I promise. And if you need my help with anything or want any information, please feel free to contact me at any time. It was very nice meeting you."
With a small bow, Lena said goodbye and left the building, wrapping the crystal up in tissues from her pocket tissue pack. At least with Senae being in a crystal, Azarae and the others will have a bit of time to get used to the idea of having another person in the family. Whistling a sprited tune, Lena walked home, all the while planning a room for little Senae (when she grew up a bit).

Flame smiled at the girl, a sort of smug smile the knowing wore around the ignorant. She knew they be contacting her again but it wont be because they need help or want information, it will be because she did. Oh well, she was eager to help and wanitng to care and to Flame that was the important part.
The fairy neko turned, the rest just came with time was all. And sometimes the rest never came at all, you just had to deal with the cards life delt and try to take the best hand you can get. Flame new all about that, and she thought of the cutlass waiting for her at home. A cutlass that would some day become a child.
Yes, the rest just came with time. Flame sat down and checked the time, the next apointment should be starting soon. Now who was it this time?

Days... He had planned this for days. He would waltz in and sweep Flame off her feet by showing her that someone thought that he would be a good gaurdian for a child--a child who just happened to be envolved with her new job. A week before Victor had went out and purchased a nice outfit. On Tuesday he had gone over what to say in his mind...
Why was it all falling apart now?
Instead of the smug feeling of satisfaction that he wanted, deserved, there was a grueling sensation of nausea welling in his heart. Doubt plauged his mind, and shackles of hesitation chained him in front of the building. Every reaction that his emotions threw out could be viewed as remorse... remose for hurting someone he loved dearly. Victor let out an aggravated sigh; any emotions that were cursing him had been subdued--the rational concious had lost.
"Hellooooo, Flame." He made sure to wear his biggest grin as he pushed open the doors to the 'clinic.' His new suede boots made a scratching sound on the floor as he ambled on over to his ex-lover's desk. If he wasn't smug before, he sure as hell was now.

Flame jolted when she first heard Victor's voice and her ears went back. That calm warm woman that just greeted Lena so professionally was gone, in her place was a hurt woman that hide it with ice then fire. Fire...then ice. She wanted to turn away, to run, to shove Victor out of the only place she felt able to get away from him, but she didn't.
The fairy neko turned to him instead, eyes cold and emtionless as she glanced over him. New outfit, her female eye glanced at the boots. Even a fashion reject like Flame knew suede was expensive, but then again why should he care? He got room and board for free. That made Flame think for a moment then wrote down rent on a posted note. Victor should pay rent, he was no longer lover or friend, he should not be given the luxuries of one.
"What do you want Victor?" she asked him, voice icey and hard.
