So uh..........any DMX fans with knowledge? The last DMX album i heard was And then there was X.....years ago. Over the years he made other albums, got dissed by Ja who states that DMX was biting him somehow, did a diss for Ja twice and once with Aftermath/Shady, got arrested for stealing a car and oh yeah.......retired.
Well, not retired but i heard he did quit. neutral
Anyway today i noticed a bunch of posters in Downtown L.A. promoting what seems to be his new album. What was it called.....? It has something to do with a dog. >__>
SO what's the deal with X?

I saw a commercial for like his show or something on BET, but i don't really know whats up with him know. I like him though, he's one of the better mainstream artists.

Oh yeah some show with Keisha Cole i think...........they always advertise that crap on MTA buses in L.A. I always put slaptags on them... biggrin

Eh well on iTunes they released a single for his 'upcoming' CD. They never really told much information about it though, so I guess I'm no help.

"Lord give me a sign" was my first sign then the show was the second sign
but he aint poor he still got money cause he still in his same house and s**t
and he doin fine..... even though the last song i did hear from him was shot down and its not very pastor like

He's a pastor since when? None of his songs are pastor like. Would a pastor say "Stick yo' head up you a** so you can see s**t clearly"? neutral

Most recent thing I heard was a couple months back, he started this new show where he went to the countryside, some ranch I think, and just lived life in the fresh air doing good wholesome things. It was kind of a refresher, getting back to the simple pleasures in life to take a look at all he'd done and make a fresh start, for him, his kids, everyone. He looked really quite happy and relaxed out there, from what I saw in the advert.
