Well, not really. But it is a bit of a rematch with an old friend of mine. And, since I've only beaten him once, I need team reccomendations. I'm probably battling him on Saturday, so help would be nice.

Pretty much, this is his current team:
Zangoose (Physical Sweeper)
Starmie (Special Sweeper)
Misdreavus (Perish Trapper)
Ninjask (Baton Passer)
Houndoom (Sunnybeamer)
I'm not sure about this one. It's probably going to be Metagross or Salamence though.

My current team members are these. I omitted the ones I don't think stand much chance:

Blissey--If his Zangoose and Metagross go down, this thing can take out everything but Misdreavus.

Slaking--Pretty obvious. It can kill any of his pokemon in one hit. His Misdreavus can totally stop it if it comes down to a face off though.

Gengar--A Special Sweeper. He can put up a nice fight against all but Starmie and Zangoose.

Yeah, those three are the only ones I am really pulling for so far. I have an Aerodactyl as well, but he isn't ready yet, as I need to beat Leaf Green first, and then get tutor moves for him. And I doubt I can do that by Saturday.

I have a few potential members I was thinking of training.

Crobat--He's deadly and fast. Starmie is his only real problem. And Metagross, but I'm not even sure if Metagross is on the team.

Dusclops--He can Imprison Zangoose and leave it helpless, then hit whatever pokemon is switched in. Godly defenses too.

Steelix--I need to beat Leaf Green to get one, but if he's left with Physical attackers, Steelix will definetly make it checkmate. And if things go awry, I can blow him up.

Breloom--Spore and Focus Punch.

Militic--I need to catch a Feebas, and that's INCREDIBLY time consuming. But Milotic is a monster that is hard to take down.

Weezing--No physical weaknesses. He can Wil-O-Wisp to make that even better.

Snorlax--CURSELAX SMASH. CURSELAX SLEEP. CURSELAX SMASH MORE.

I can give exact movesets if needed.

No help? Awww.

Well, it was postponed to tomorrow. I'm raising Snorlax, Crobat, and Blaziken right now.

Snorlax is going to either be a Curselax, or a Belly Drum one.

Crobat is a sweeper. I taught it haze just in case.

Blaziken knows Counter, as well as some physical attacks I'm yet to determine, and probably Flamethrower.

What the hell happened to my post? Well, I don't think you have a whole lot of training time, I would just redo your moves, or work on training all night long.

Snorlax is level 40, Crobat is 31, and Combusken is 21. I can probably get Crobat to 50, and Snorlax is easy. Combusken is doubtful though.

Eh, my Breloom is pretty good. I'll just use him.

I found out he doesn't even have Ninjask yet, and he doesn't want to use his Metagross or Salamence.

EDIT--Snorlax got to Level 50, with an excellent attack stat of 176.

Oh, what level are his pokes?

We both cap levels at 50 in most cases. So we both have teams of six level 50 pokemon.

I think it's a bit more balanced at level 50, seeing how the "uber" pokemon haven't completely jetted ahead of other ones. "UU" (underused) pokemon are a lot better in level 50 play too.

Oh, That's cool. At level 50 my Azumarril was worthless. Couldn't KO a single Elite four pokemon.

Wow. We battled three times, and I dominated in all three.

First Battle--Single
Started with my Swampert versus Misdreavus. Misdreavus killed it with Perish Trapping.

I sent out Aerodactyl. It was against his Salamence.

Aerodactyl got a Critical Hit and killed it with AncientPower, which boosted all his stats too.

Aerodactyl proceeeded to kill every other member of his team in one hit with Critical Hits or Super Effective hits. Zangoose lasted two hits.

Second Battle--Double Battle
I don't remember which pokemon were out when, but I know that only Gengar and Blissey fainted. And Aerodactyl shredded them to pieces again.

Third Battle--Single Battle
Gengar and Zangoose both killed each other thanks to Destiny Bond.

Swampert took out Salamence and did a number on Misdreavus, which he withdrew in favor of Starmie.

I withdrew Swampert for Snorlax. Snorlax used Belly Drum while he switched back in Misdreavus. Misdreavus confused Snorlax, but I was lucky enough to get Rest in. One Chesto Berry later, Misdreavus got the bad end of a Shadowball.

Houndoom got annihilated as well. Metagross went down too. Starmie killed Snorlax, sadly.

Slaking K.O.'d Starmie with Shadowball.

I was a bit surprised, but at least I know Aerodactyl is useful enough now. Crobat and Blaziken weren't ready though.

I won a Feebas too.

Sweet. I wish I had some real life friends who were good. So Aerodactyl is good?

He's decent enough. His speed is pretty bad for an Aerodactyl (141) because I didn't put any EVs into it.

Pretty much after I get rid of Zangoose and Metagross, something with a high Special Defense (like Snorlax or Blissey) can finish the job.

Well, a lot of people consider Blissey really cheap at Level 100, so you might want to go with Snorlax.

Did you breed Curse onto Snorlax?

In other news, I got a Milotic and Onix, both with probably the best natures for each. I haven't started with Onix yet, but Milotic is level 20.

I don't recall the names, but Blissey is good with +Special Defense -Attack.

Snorlax should be Adamant. +Attack -Special Attack.
