I think that Subaru would be chocolate chunk ice cream and Kamui would be chocolate vanilla swirl hee hee.

My guess with be Seishirou tastes like strawberry with lots of strawberry syrup and Yuuto will be tasted like green tea ice cream. As for Kamui, I know I read a funny comic about Kamui having a favored flavor. Let me check it out first. EDIT: The comic is in http://seishirou.nu/ecchi/comic.html under the title "Frozen Treats." Ehh, I'd think Subaru would be more of a vanilla with bubblegum swirl. Cold and with a light flavor, but there's still a sweet little boy in there...somewhere.
I'd go with green tea flavor for Kamui--seems unappealing, but it's surprisingly sweet and tasty when you try it.
Sorata goes Chocolate Chunk. Thick, strong and really, really, REALLY tasty.
And Seishiro? The cold, slightly dry Strawberry flavor you have hiding in the back of your freezer. Pour chocolate sauce on it for that added bitter darkness.

Since Subaru is my favorite character, I think he'd taste like my favorite ice cream: rocky road.
Seshirou would be vanilla because I don't like it yet I can't help but eat it.
Kamui would be mint because it's my second favorite.
Fuuma would be the Superman type of fruity mixed ice cream because I hate fruity ice cream.
Kakyo would be an ice cream cake because those are sooooo good and so pretty but I don't get them very often.

lol... interesting. I've never tried to associate my favorite characters to food (nevermind ice cream), but these posts are entertaining to read, lol... I never knew that Subaru could be associated to so many flavors...
