These are two poems that I wrote for the worst poem ever contest.
The first one is in the non-angst catagory.
One day while I was walking,
I heard a dog barking,
Man I hate dogs.
One day when I was sitting,
A cat clawed up my leg,
Ya that doesn't rhyme, so sue me.
One day when I was running,
I found some money,
Hooray for me!
One day when I was writing,
about someone fighting,
nothing much happened.
One day while I was eating,
I didn't like my seating,
so I sat somewhere else.
The second one is an angst.
Oh, woe is me!
My boyfriend broke up with me!
How will my life go on?
I'm so depressed.
I think I'll cut my wrists and go get dressed,
in all black obviously.
My life sucks,
give me a million bucks.
Then maybe I'll be happy again.
Black roses drip with blood under a full moon,
as I play the drums with a silver spoon,
Isn't this the best poem ever?

I like these very much. They are soooo funny and wit like.
The first is like real life, ordinary being viewed while suggesting extrordinay shoulld take place. The second if nicely melodramatic. They are both really good. I smiled.

I'm glad you guys liked them. biggrin I know they amused me, and that's really all that matters when you do funny things. You should hear littlemiss read them outloud though, It's so hilarious! rofl Oh, and Jazzguy, thanks for telling me what makes them good so that I can do it again in the future.
