Plot
The year is 3398 on planet earth. After the mysterious White Out in 3323 people have been moving around a lot looking for new or unfound land. Caper Creek is one of the newest landmarks found slap bang on the equator. For the first few years when it was found in 3384 was a popular holiday resort until The up rise of the Gardlocks in 3388.
Ten years later the resort was made into a quite town especially created to achieve a high cultural land were all races live to gather. This was the idea of GROP-C ((Galaxy, Region, Overlooking, Planet Control)) who have bin helping the earth regain its high states in the Solar Systems Star Society ((4S)) which is basically a list of the most popular and most looked after planet in that particular Solar.
The basis of this plot is that the characters are all link to each other in some sort of way most of them don’t know right now how or that they have links with the other characters. A few of the characters know how and why they wound up at this town whiles other keep there past a secret. A lot of the town people are strange they don’t talk, communicate or show emotion to other people They seem to act like robots.
The whole town is surrounded by a vale mysterious and the guy none as the “Watcher". He is said to live at Drop off peck but know one except Slade is said to know him, and close him Jin. No one else has seen him but sometimes he is said to watch over Cape Creek at Alpha Mountain every now and again. The people of caper are carrying on as life as normal, Not much worry about the past a try to carry on life as if nothing is wrong.

White Out of 3323 - The year the earth change. Natural disasters were reported to happen all over the world from earthquakes to Hurricanes in a freak Destruction of the planet, like an Armageddon. People disbelieve that this was a fluke that the carnage of the natural disasters, But was coursed by the Asgards the only race that was capable of creating that kind of devastation. The plates of the world were altered making new countries and islands. It was like a hole other world and the enhabbitents starting again from scratch renaming and claiming land.
Rasgard People - Ruled by King NorrinThought to be a legendary race until the up rise of the Gardlocks when Grop-C capture one and found out that they do exist by are almost extended. People say that they was the reason for the White out of 3323, some say that they owned the land off caper creek and try to regain it, other say that they were called by the Norlocks some how. But no one is really sure and the GROP-C are the only ones who know the truth.
Norlocks - A underground race that once leaved on land but was changed by one of the worst disasters that happen in the white out a NAM ((Nucerler Altering Mist)) This was coursed by toxic Bio waste which was made by the kreed people accidentally when they first came to earth. With out treatment earthlings mutated, and Forced to leave underground because of prejudices that they got living on land. They made the own cisiaty in there underground world call Ground labyrinth lead by one of the first none Norlock Tessa alback. When they came back to the earth with Asgard people some of the Norlocks were said to have bin given special powers, so they were renamed them Gardlocks. To this day people are trying to figure out the link between the authority Rasgards and the low life Norlocks.
Gardlocks and The up rise - Norlocks said to have special powers like super strength, weather power element control and heighten senses, which the Asgard possess. They were first identified in the up rise which is cover in uncertainty of why they attack. It has be told that caper creek is were they originated from and went around the world causing havoc until the GROP-C came. A lot of the Garlocks were killed, some fled, and some captured and taken by GROP-C. Asgards were also captured at this time link with the up rise.
GROP-C ((Galaxy, Region, Overlooking, Planet, Control)) - A massive Universal Organization that is region in space looking out for the other planets it that solar system. For a long time they have concern treated on help earth since 3320 and have bin very dedicated.
