In the town of Hirugami, the Diclonious are celebrated as gods. Though there existance is a legend. In mythological books it is said that the queen Diclonious Lucy fell in love with a human, Kouta.
About 50 years later, the Diclonious gene seemingly dissapeared. A festival is held for Lucy-Sama in the small town of Hirugama as shes often called, it is called Wantangani. It is said that if you set foot inside the sacred shrine you will be killed by Lucy-Sama's immortal wrath. For the past 6 years since a certain child moved to Hirugami 1 death has occured on the night of Wantangami.
No one really knows why though...

Rules... (I hate them to but their neccesary...XP)
-No godmodding, auto-hitting, or powerplaying...
-Romance is ENCOURAGED....just don't take it beyond PG-13...
-I don't want any siblings or family of my character, figure something out...XP

I messed around with the Elfen Lied universe to make it more interesting...FEAR ME!!!!!

Ex. Suddenly starts a war with Zecloneius where finds them and kills ever single one of them...

Personality: Anti-social, distant, uncaring, hot-headed...Depends on mood.
Appearance:
Bio: Descended from Lucy, the people who gave birth to him died a long time ago. So he pretty much lives on his own in Hirugami, though often he's watched over by a friend who comes to visit him from time to time to check up on him. He's currently not very social for many reasons, and he always wears a hat or never cuts his hair to conceal the horns on his head for fear of being hunted. He knows what happened long ago...He's not gonna let that happen to him. He often gets into fights because he's so different, before he had moved to Hirugami he had broken all the complety trashed his old school and injured many people in the process. He was never caught but after that day he was relocated to Hirugami. At times he'll have an overwhelming urge to kill, possibly due to the Diclonious blood inside him...

Other: He can't use vectors (yet) but he has a strong 6th sense about things and can go beserk from time to time...

Intro:
-Present day-
Hiro jumped back as the construction beams were comming down on him. He held his hands over his head and pushed off the beams falling on him, and than he lost sight of the enemy. He heard footsteps running behind him. He took a balance beam fragment that appeared long enough to function as a sword and than swung it behind him parrying a blade from Hiro's mortal enemy, his other self.
Once the balance beam was broken apart, Hiro took out his revolver and fired 3 bullets. They were blocked than Hiro was stuck in a saber lock with the enemy as he was pushed back nearly off the edge of the construction beam...
"Those eyes! I can see the murderous intent within them! Yes! Show me your will to kill me, my other self!"
Hiro screamed as he was falling to the ground at a 30 ft. drop and firing bullet after bullet from the revolver...
Hiro finally slammed into the ground than there was a large explosion nearby and Hiro was soaring through the air...
"How did I end up like this? Fighting for my life, against my own twin? I never did want things to end up like this, I never realized how much different I was from others. Even now I still wonder if things would've turned out the way they did if I had never moved to Hirugami.

Hiro woke up early the next morning. Rubbing his eyes of sleepies and stretching and yawning, he stood up and walked to the bathroom........
After eating breakfast Hiro headed off the school. How much he didn't want to go...
"I can remember what school was like back then. It was a small town so their was only one school, different grades were in the school. If someone wanted to go to college they had to go to the city. The only good thing was the friends I had during the 6 years there. If only things hadn't gone the way they had."
As Hiro stopped for a moment he turned his head to a store that sold stuff. Hiro would be thirsty later on, so he walked inside and came out with purple gatorade...His favorite kind of gatorade... mrgreen
The good news was the festival was comming up soon. Though Diclonious were a myth, people still celebrated them...Strange isn't it? How people will do whatever a certain group of people will do...
