Introduction - Welcome to the Writers' Subforum

The Writers' Corner is a fun forum with a relaxed atmosphere... until you enter the various Member's threads, where chaos and puppy dogs rain down on you from a cheese filled volcano, or whatever nonsense they've got written in them dang things.

Each person is allowed to make their own thread here, where they can post their work and let others enjoy it or advise them on how to better themselves. Constructive criticism is always welcome, and honest opinions respected. Please keep the club rules in mind, and be kind and courteous with those 'honest opinions', eh?

Indecent Material:
Any work submitted here is to be kept within the Pg-13 rules. I don't want to be reading the smut you wrote about you and Danny Phantom or something, k? Also, anything posted with the intent to incense other members will get your thread deleted and you banned from the Writers' Corner with little or no warning! This category of work falls under 'assholery' and therefore we have a zero tolerance policy towards it! We just want to make sure that everyone has a good time.

Criticism:
Flaming is not tolerated. We're all mature here, yes? Settle a disagrement the proper way, talking it out rationaly. Name calling and other provocative behaivor is inmature and unreasonable, and certaintly won't win you any friends. The proper way to criticise someone is to tell them what they need to work on. If they take offense, quite frankly, that's their own problem. Just be sure to keep it civil folks ^^

Literacy:
Listen here and listen well. No one will read your work if they CANT read it. Keep things as literate as possible! Check your grammer and spelling with care before submitting your posts, or have them deleted. One or two won't get you banned, but each deletion is a warning, and three strikes you're out! Don't blame us for banning you, blame yourself. Being banned this way is easily preventable and only requires a small amount of consideration towards others. Thank you.

Feedback:
Some writers' prefer to have people comment on their threads, but the majority do not. Please keep the author's intrests in mind and post comments on the speacial Feedback Sticky provided, unless they author gives word otherwise in their first post. Bellow you will find a listing of the current authors and their wishes on the matter, along with a small bio on their cummulative work.
